We went on Saturday night from 4pm til 8pm. It was so much fun. It had just started snowing before we arrived so there was a good layer of snow. The manicured lanes were all lit up. We never had to wait for any lane to be open. It wasn't busy there was maybe a couple hundred people there so it was nice to not have to wait in any lines. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lanes are so nicely manicured and they have paths that are carpeted for the walk up the hill making it easy to climb. They had fun up beat music playing and campfires burning for marshmallows. The food trucks were fast and we only had to wait a few minutes in line.

Great place to visit with or without kids. Lots of people enjoying the snow. 3 areas to slide down easy, medium and long. The food trucks had long wait times.v You're better off bringing your own snacks. There is a seating area where firewood is being burned to help keep you warm.

What a waste of money and I feel scammed. There was hardly any snow only ice. No snow to play in as advertised. Only snow was on the hills, 4 of the hills were closed. You have to pay for the hot coco and smores. Makes it seem like it comes with it. The hills barely had enough snow on them to get us down the hills. 1 food truck. Half the bathrooms closed. The tall hill was not paved right. We were flew off thetrack. I hurt my back and shoulder . One of the workers were trying to shovel more snow on it as my daughter and I were coming down. Shovel was very close to hitting us as well. He made a small pile of snow that we hit and threw us into the other direction... but of course they have their waivers. We drove 3 hours and left after 45 min. It's nothing like the website shows. Do not recommend. Reached out to the company for a refund and all they wanna do is give us tickets for another day. Why would I want to go back to this place after this horrible experience?

We were worried about this place because it was 67° during the day and you know snow melts lol To our surprise, they had tubing slide area available & Good number of people. I knew this place did not have a lift so you have to walk up the hill which does get tired after a few times. But kids loved it and didn't mind at all. Two issues I had here was their bathroom is really terribly maintained. As in there not maintained at all. It feels like the portable bathrooms probably has been their entire season and not been serviced and things are just pile up to the brim .... I mean it is really really bad. Also my kids flipped during the slide because one of the slope had uneven surface. They went to fix it with the shovel after after seeing my kids essentially fly off but no one came to check on my kid. I guess that's what the waiver is for but still having courtesy and training should be there to check on the kids and bring some ice pack or something with someone falls off the track.... It's a fun place otherwise but yeah need some maintenance....

This park is fantastic for children and families alike. I would recommend this park over others in northern AZ because their pricing is fair and it's completely open woth a lot more things to do than just go down the slopes. It can be pretty busy on weekends so be sure to plan ahead or arrive early. The 3 hour time slots are the perfect amount of time to experience all/most of the park. Especially if you're visiting from the valley. Amazing music, tons of food options and if you forget a piece of winter gear for you or your littles, they sell winterized clothing there, so no worries. 10/10 would reccomend.
