FeaturedFlagstaff Snow Park at Fort Tuthill County Park is Northern Arizona's premier snow tubing destination. The park features multiple tubing runs including a kiddie hill for young children and long, fast runs for thrill-seekers. Conveniently located just south of Flagstaff, it offers a fun and affordable winter activity for the whole family with equipment provided.

We went on Saturday night from 4pm til 8pm. It was so much fun. It had just started snowing before we arrived so there was a good layer of snow. The manicured lanes were all lit up. We never had to wait for any lane to be open. It wasn't busy there was maybe a couple hundred people there so it was nice to not have to wait in any lines. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lanes are so nicely manicured and they have paths that are carpeted for the walk up the hill making it easy to climb. They had fun up beat music playing and campfires burning for marshmallows. The food trucks were fast and we only had to wait a few minutes in line.

Just not what advertised. On the website you see snow play and tons of snowy fun. There was no indication on the website that the snow play area was mostly melted. When we got to the ticket booth I asked if the snow play area was big and they said nope. The snow runs were open for snow tubing, but my little guy was a little scared after someone plowed into him on the small kiddy hill. I paid $151 for 3 hours and and ended up leaving after 45 minutes. But they got my money. Maybe they can fix all the broken porta potties.

This park is fantastic for children and families alike. I would recommend this park over others in northern AZ because their pricing is fair and it's completely open woth a lot more things to do than just go down the slopes. It can be pretty busy on weekends so be sure to plan ahead or arrive early. The 3 hour time slots are the perfect amount of time to experience all/most of the park. Especially if you're visiting from the valley. Amazing music, tons of food options and if you forget a piece of winter gear for you or your littles, they sell winterized clothing there, so no worries. 10/10 would reccomend.

The park is layed out great . Love the fire pit, food is available. My one complaint is that we pay full price and there is only 3 hills for adults and one kid hill open: one of the adult hills only has one side open. This creates long lines and uses up your time fast. Also would love a better place for kids to free play in the snow.

We have been here multiple times and never had an experience like this. They had the blue slope, the red slope and the green slope open. (None multiple Lanes) The orange kiddy slope was open but there wasn't even enough tubes for all the kids trying to play there because the lines for all the other slopes were ridiculously long. There wasn't even enough still snow on the kids slope at the end for the kids to even play on. We were there for 1 hour and 30 minutes and got to go down two slopes. We had a family of seven and paid over $430 after all of the admission, fees and taxes. We weren't told that they were only going to have three big slopes open and they had so many people that even when we were asking to speak to a manager, at the front admission desk. They were turning people away because they were sold out and at complete capacity. In extreme frustration with freezing children, because standing in line for 45 minutes for a slope doesn't help. I emailed management in a not so very nice email explaining my disappointment and frustration with the fact that we weren't offered a refund or the option to pick another day and it seemed like a cash grab because there wasn't enough tubes for even the people they were bringing in. Every slope had people waiting to get tubes to get in line. Looking at current, previous reviews, it seems like we are not the only ones with disappointment and frustration. The email I received back from them was I wasn't kind in my email so no they won't do anything and they were only operating at a 55% occupancy. I will definitely not be returning and all the people that I have recommended, I will definitely make sure that they are well aware that what they are paying for is not what they are getting. The videos I showed them of all the snow the previous years and all the slopes are not the same situation that it is now. For the prices to go up and then the amount of snow and slopes to go down is unacceptable. If they weren't able to operate the way that they are advertising then they should probably say that. Even on their website it says they have eight slopes with some having multiple Lanes (none open had multiple Lanes working) and they can open as many as weather permits. If you're not even opening half of the slopes then people should be notified would the option of getting their money back. I'm extremely disappointed in not only the facility but the customer service as well.
