Four 8 Wineworks

Tonight we had the pleasure of trying the new Four 8 Wineworks restaurant in Old Town Cottonwood. The meal started off with complementary Duros de Harina, a nice citrus chili crunchy kick start! The traditional style Southern Fried Hot Chicken was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of heat for me and NOT greasy (hallelujah!). We tried 4 sides with our chicken dinners, fennel slaw, jalapeño cornbread, greenbeans and bacon and elote off the cob. The sides are modest in size so you can try several. Save room for dessert .... the warm sourdough waffle with homemade sea salt Caramel Gelato is a must!! We will be back. It's a winner, winner...

Had a great time here! The wine was fantastic and Lindi was so welcoming. Lindi had the best Twaffle we had ever had! Thanks for the laughs.

Small cute little place . Customer service and wine was delicious. Husband and I shared a red flight and some truffle popcorn . Best part was our server Leann she was so kind gave us so many recommendations to try while we were there celebrating my birthday also tried the Vanilla Bean Gealto and was sooooo good …..

Friendly staff, great drinks! We had the Legion and the jasmine-infused sparkling mead.

Finally made it up to Four 8 Wineworks this past Friday night for a glass of wine (the red was DELISH) and some food. We had the Twaffle (tater tot waffle) which was to die for AND the bruschetta's were AMAZING. Ambiance was very nice and bartender/chef were extremely knowledgable and personable. Highly recommend!
