Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale

I was with a big group from Dallas and from the moment we got there the valet guys were super sweet immediately helping us with our golf bags etc. specifically Mason! And then I had the best massage from Ethan, he knew everything about our body connectivity and was hitting all of the right pressure points! And I am going to sooo miss Richard and his sweet smile and amazing service at Proof their restaurant! He is adorable AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING! The golf was spectacular and to wrap up my stay I had an amazing facial from the sweetest, most precious face whisperer, Kem. I cannot say enough about this resort I will definitely be back!

Truly a dream stay. We spent a long weekend here in September. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful with casitas literally built into the landscape. The pools are amazing with delicious drink and food service. We spent our days soaking up as much of the pool scene as possible. Our suite was extremely well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel here. We cannot wait to return in May. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat, this is it!!

My stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive in a way that felt genuinely personal. The property itself is stunning — beautifully designed with desert-inspired architecture, peaceful pathways, and breathtaking mountain views that make the entire stay feel like a retreat. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The multiple heated , and 24 hours pools were relaxing, never too crowded, and perfectly maintained. Food and drinks at the resort were excellent, with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors that highlight the best of the Southwest. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and went above and beyond to make the experience special. Whether it was dining, housekeeping, or the spa, the service was consistently top-tier. There is a beautiful hiking trail next to the resort as well. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway, the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is absolutely worth it. I can’t wait to return!

We love this four seasons resort and the staff is excellent. I left a curling iron and rob and called security and Zach Ownbey offered to ship it back to me. That’s amazing customer service. We are big fans.

Came here for the new year with my husband and my son. First time in Arizona! When we travel we always stay or try to stay at a four seasons because of their exceptional service. I have to say it was very underwhelming at this location. The resort itself is stunning and has so much potential if only the service was there. Breakfast was not good or like all the other four seasons locations. Food is mediocre at this resort which is hard because the resort is so far away from everything else so it would've been nice if the food was better tasting.
