If you value your car, DONT USE THE SERVICE. They wrecked my car and failed to either document or file a Police report. So, when you are 35,000 feet in the air and they wreck your car, they won’t take care of you at all. No drug testing of drivers. So if you don’t value your car and want to take a chance HIGH valet or drunk or texting driver, you will eventually pay the consequences.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I left my car with the valet for two days and also requested it be washed. The car wash was incredible and they did a great job. My car was pretty filthy and came back sparkling. The car wash person that completed my wash was Pablo and I would say he did a 10 out of 10 job.

Great customer service! My phone number was answered on the first ring and instantly recognized by their customer service. The gentleman answering was most helpful and pleasant— helping me remove a credit hold and adding flight information to my reservation. I wish every company would follow this model for customer service!!

I park with them every week, and my experience is always 10 out of 10. Could not be happier, except for the fact that they occasionally have to coordinate with Ace parking management. Ace parking has been particularly difficult to deal with and needs major training on how to interact with customers.

So I work at the airport, and I see this company daily. The majority of the 4th floor is not really for public parking anymore. I'm sure its not everyone, and not all the time, but I see how (some) of the employees treat the (expensive/nice) cars. Let's just say I wouldn't trust my regular car with them, let alone my expensive vehicle... PHX Sky Harbor is making a TON of profit off this company for Valet. Not worth it.
