Fun Town RV Surprise

This place is fantastic. This specific location is new (opened in September if I remember right), but the dealer brand is not. They are pretty big in Texas. We ended up here after a failed trip to Camping World (read my review for Camping World New River if you're curious). We showed up on a Thursday around 5pm, they showed us several RV's. We went through pre-approval before they closed and were essentially told to pick out a RV and we could pick it up the next day. We picked out a Coachman fun time 23ft with a solar panel already installed, electric stabilizer jacks, and an electric tongue jack, and picked it up the next day. The staff was super friendly, quick, knowledgeable, honest, not pushy and NO BS whatsoever. The RV's (at least the ones we looked at) come with propane, a battery, and a spare tire (camping world RV's don't, unless you pay extra). The price was very competitive, and they did a full inspection with a mechanic and had a mechanic walk through the whole RV with us, with it plugged into power and water in the tank so we could make sure everything was working before we left with it. This was honestly one of the smoothest, quickest, easiest buying experiences I've had.

After calling to see if the dump station would be open I'm being transferred multiple times I did find someone who was there live on site and could give me an honest answer anybody who's an RV or knows that this is an important service the own company that used to be in this location used to do this as a free service that was open 24 hours a day 7 days a week the new company now charges $15 which I would be okay with except for the fact they're closed on Sunday when most people are coming back into town with their rigs. I'm hoping that going forward they decide to rethink this even if there was an online pay system or something where it could be open 24 hours like it used to be would be extremely helpful and a great service. I have not purchased anything from them but I have purchased some parts everything was top notch my reason for the three stars is I think there's room for improvement I bring you back a service that was so well liked and needed.

Fun Town RV has a great small business feel. Their pricing is unbeatable and the team is professional, welcoming, and pressure-free. Lois has gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have. You can tell this crew truly cares about their customers and not just making a sale. If you are looking for an RV at a great price while working with trustworthy people with impeccable customer service, this is definitely the the place to go!

I just purchased a used Alliance Valor (41V15) Toy hauler from FunTown RV of (Surprise, AZ). Lois Ward was my saleswoman and man was I happy camper (literally lol). She called me back, spoke to me sincerely and was certainly not overbearing. She was honest and I felt valuable as a customer to her. The RV is in extremely good condition and I have no doubt I got the best price in the country on top of it. Also, Bob, Brandon, Devin and Justin also deserve honorable mentions in this feedback which is intended to be highly positive.
