We had our VIP servicing done today and from what we can tell the tech did that okay, but we didn't go up in the attic to check either. I will say we are very disappointed in that he left our floors a mess with insulation scattered all throughout our home and in the garage. Why wouldn't he wear booties and clean up all the insulation he dropped. If this is the way he left our home, just makes us wonder how he left our units and attic.

Ivan Del Castillo came to do monthly maintenance. He was very polite and I was very impressed with his honesty to show me a leak outside in copper tubing connected to unit. He explained everything very well and clearly. I really appreciate that. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you George Brazil for sending this outstanding/professional worker. Had George Brazil come to our home to review our current system and provide us a second opinion on repairs or total replacement. We decided to install two new Air conditioners and two new furnace systems. Estimate of what the house would need best to the actual installation that was done efficiently and with great care to our home. They arrived on time had plenty of team members to get everything completed and running in one day. The installation team was professional and did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would highly recommended their Company and they also provide a great 10 year warranty!

(The following review is my opinion - consumers should make their own informed decisions). Persistent and ongoing issues since the unit was installed back in April 2024. In addition to the issues the biggest point of frustration is the lack of engagement and response from management. Try calling and speaking to a manager - they literally refuse and no one bothers to even return calls. Imagine a company with non-existent customer service and you have George Brazil. Update October 2025: They finally replaced our entire unit to address the ongoing issues. Apparently they had their “A” team perform the install this time. End result: 1) The suction line insulation in the attic - which prevents condensation from leaking onto your drywall ceiling - wasn’t properly installed - didn’t even meet code! It was loosely wrapped around the pipe and secured with zip ties. A completely improper way of installing and sealing armaflex - and condensation was making into the drywall. 2) Outdoor condenser suction line foam seal (armaflex) was haphazardly secured to the pipe with black electrical tape - another hack job not rated for UV exposure and looks absolutely unprofessional and shoddy. They also sealed broken insulation on the exposed thermostat wire with electrical tape - also no UV rated or even water proof! Additionally other areas of the insulation are broken and not sealed at all! 3) my favorite - poor airflow from vents, likely damper issues again. Causing poor cooling. Never assessed post-installation! And not even a “how did it go” call from GB mgmt! Second update: Someone was supposed to be at our house between 8am and noon. No one shows up. Not so much as a phone call or anything. You call to find out where they are - apparently other than text the technician and hope he calls back nothing they can do. Understandably some jobs take a bit longer and you run behind. But is it too much to expect communication regarding the delay and some kind of update? Not from George Brazil! It’s almost humorous that a company could literally be so incompetent and completely devoid of customer service! And no response from their management team either -equally incompetent. The lack of customer service appears to be a cultural shortfall from leadership to those below.

From scheduling to payment everything was great. Highly recommend using this company. They were a referral from our realtor and the receptionist/scheduler couldn’t have been more kind or thorough. We received a 20 minutes out phone call from our inspector as promised and he got right to work. He also was kind and thorough. Professional and friendly and helped us solve the issue very quickly. We were able to do payment with him as soon as he was done and will be receiving an itemized report from him today. Will definitely recommend and use again for future needs.
