I had an excellent experience with Dave at Gerber Collision. From the moment I arrived to the day I picked up my vehicle, he was professional, thorough, and incredibly informative. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made sure I always knew what was going on with my car. What really stood out to me was that he would not release my vehicle until every single part that was ordered fit perfectly and met his standards. That level of attention to detail and commitment to quality gave me a lot of confidence. Took my car to have my car fixed through my insurance. I've had multiple issues with my car afterwards. One of the main bolts on my rear bumper was stripped, they left some sort of white residue all over my car seat, and the window regulator went out within the same month I got it back because the window guides were left full of dust, causing the window motor to fail. One of my wheels was damaged in the accident I had and instead of replacing it with another one, they used the spare I had and replaced my spare with a cheap steel rim. They also didn't paint or add any rust preventing coat on a few of the pieces they replaced. One was a support for a wheel well fender, and the second one was a support for my door trim. The body work on my car looks good but I've had too many issues with the other parts of their service, which is ehy I wrote this review.

5/5 stars 100% satisfied. Not only was my Scion ready on time. It looked incredible. And Dave was so attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He was excellent at communication over the phone and in person. I immediately felt reassured the moment I stepped on the lot. He helped make my stressful situation more manageable for me and for that I am forever grateful. The level of customer service from Dave is not something you come across very often. It’s rare to find someone who has a high level of attention to detail and appreciation for the customers. For anyone in Glendale needing collision repair this is the place to go, ask for Dave, you will not be disappointed because the customer service here is UNMATCHED!!

Took my car in Friday after getting rear ended. Dave was great he immediately checked me in and looked over my car and under my car. I discussed my concern and he was able to confirm no damage to my car and even went above and beyond and replaced a piece that was missing under my car and he stated those normally fall off with the AZ heat. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass as they are honest and very knowledgeable.

We have our fleet of vehicles serviced there at Gerber Collision & Glass. We've never had any issues with the service and our service tech Dave is awesome. He explains everything thoroughly and even gives you a walk-through on vehicles to ensure satisfaction. Our vehicles are always done in the time frame promised and we are always notified of any upcoming service needs or other service needs that are found.
