Kyle Washington, handled our claim, he was very courteous and professional. Kyle and the team at Gerber kept us updated several times over the four days our car was being repaired. We took our 2015 Mazda MX-5 in for front end repairs. The repairs were done very quickly which we appreciated. But, they were supposed to arrange for a rental car for my daughter (she drives the car) and they didn't. Thank goodness I drove in from San Tan Valley to walk her through the process. Then after we picked up the car, I noticed they had not replaced the chin spoiler on the car and the paint on the bumper doesn't remotely match the hood. I recognize that the car is older and paint isn't going to match exactly, but my father had his own body shop for years and it is possible to get it close with some effort. I think they just looked up the paint code and slapped it on the car. When I called them about the spoiler I was told it was an after-market part, that they couldn't find it in their catalog and I could buy one on Amazon and they would install it. Uh, NO. I bought the car new and it had a spoiler...every picture online of this make and model car has the spoiler - it is NOT an after-market part. I was told they would look in to it and call me back. That was in September (2 months ago). I called Geico to report the issue. The Claims Adjuster called back, said she would look in to it and still no resolution. I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the work done. I will say they were polite, just not interested in doing the job correctly. Do not take your car here unless you want to be stuck with a mismatched paint job and missing parts should they deem them after-market.

Very poor quality control and shoddy work. Had to have rear bumper, and tailgate replaced, as well as interior detailed after a rear end collision. Gerber billed my insurance 8,400 for the repair before my deductible. Had to come back 5 times to have interior parts put on properly, tail lights repaired, signals did not work, and have some rattling parts removed from tailgate which are still there. Very shoddy work, poor quality control, and expensive repair. Told Geico that I will not be using Gerber again after these experiences as it is their "recommended" shop. I will be going to a better shop of my choice, not theirs, if I ever need body work again. I would avoid them. Thumbs down.👎

Took my 17 lexus rh450 for damage to the passenger side and tire. I am so happy with the quick turnaround and they even vacuumed!! Thank you so much!

Update: finally fixed after 5 visits. Their customer service is courteous, but I hope their QC improves. A lot of time was lost, but their responsiveness and setting me up with a rental we quick. Previous: After bringing in my car for insurance repairs after a tree damaged the rear, I've had to return twice ... Once when water poured into the back when going through a car wash and the second time when they discovered they had not installed the rear light correctly. It was cracked and condensation was building up inside the rear light housing. I understand they are busy, but now, after going through the car wash again, water is still pouring into the rear trunk ... Not just a little leak. Really disappointed in the QC at Gerber.
