Had a fender bender and took my vehicle to Gerber to get it fixed. They replaced my rear bumper and had to paint the bumper and my rear lift gate. The work was great. We I picked up the vehicle it was raining so we didn’t open the lift gate. We finally opened the lift gate and it was filthy with a fine white powder all over the interior. I don’t know how it was missed by them and didn’t really think we would have to open the lift gate to check before we left. Poor quality control on Gerber.

Had a repair of the pain on my hood in 2011. It faded a bit in 2017 and they repaired it without question. 8 years later the paint had a bubble and they repaired it again without any hesitation. When they say “lifetime warranty” they mean it. My car looks beautiful, service was efficient and responsive.

Took my truck in to get collision repair after awhile I noticed fender molding was loose and fender well not attached properly. Parts ordered and never called me . Stated they were too busy to call me. After 4 tries to fix it they said Nissan was giving them bad parts and they would contact insurance company. Waited a week and they said insurance company not responding. I called insurance company and they said they were never contacted. Gerber blames Nissan and insurance company they never called. Have to go elsewhere to get repair after 4 months

My insurance recommended this company in October to get a small area painted above the driver side rear door of my Ford F-350. I got my truck back with the door weather stripping not attached, the cowl tore up, roof trim broken and what looks like primer on my roof. Garbage! It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting on corrective actions. I’m just going to eat the cost and have a Ford Dealership fix these issues. Never again!
