Germaine Marine Lake Havasu

Met these folks for the first time at the boat show. Spoke with Aaron who is the general manager. We were excited to work with him and get the boat for the boat show special price. Come to find out the boat was not ready for sale and wouldn’t be ready for an indeterminate amount of time. Once Germain marine did have a plan of attack for getting the boat to us, he inferred that it may come with additional charges any may not be able to give us the boat show pricing. We were not real happy with the mannerisms of the sales person we were working with. It seemed like he was doing us a favor by selling us a boat. It didn’t really feel like he was putting the customer first. I felt like I was burdening him with my questions, and my desire to purchase a boat from him in a timely fashion. It also seemed that once the boat was properly rigged that we would not have been his first priority for the sale due to the fact we wanted to continue to get the boat show discount. We did end up purchasing a boat a few days later from another dealer in town, and I will tell you straight up that the experience was much, much different than what we had experienced at Germain marine.

We received a notice today 6-16-25 to have a recall on our Mercury motor checked. We went to Germaine Marine and spoke to Josh. He looked it up and found nothing. He said he would research this issue more and call us back with an answer. 2 hours he called us and sent a reply letter from Mercury. He went above and beyond in customer service. 2 hours and we had an answer from him!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service. Thank you very much, Josh. P. H.

Can't say enough great things about Germaine Marine! I used to service my boat at the Germaine Marine in Mesa, AZ and always had great experiences with every department. I now keep my new boat in Lake Havasu and had a rough first day out on the water last weekend, we called several shops in town and ended back up at Germaine Marine, Lake Havasu. Josh in service was just awesome and helped us out with our boat issues. His genuine care to customer service and knowledge for the industry is top notch! He got my family back out on the water in no time. I would look no further for any of your boating needs, the team over at Germaine Marine, Lake Havasu is just outstanding and you will be well taken care of. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Our family cannot say enough about Service Manager Josh! Boat was broke and he fixed it 5 days before we needed it. I live near Phoenix and I drive the 8 hour round trip for him to work on our boat! This dealership is the BEST!

We would give Germaine Marine 5 stars. Aaron and his wife, Dana were the friendliest and most helpful people we have ever met. We feel we were with "white gloves". When the boat was ready to be picked up. He went over everything with my husband, ran the engine, and threw in lots of "extras" for us including life jackets, flag, buoys, ropes, etc. We would recommend them any day and we have purchased 10 different boats in our lifetime and we feel we got a great deal. If you are in the market for a new or used boat, go see Aaron first.
