I would like to share my experience at GOAZ Prescott. First off, I have made many purchases at various powersports dealerships all over the country. This was BY FAR the best one yet. From Inventory, to the sales & support staff, all the way to the GM, all were top notch. Brian McIntosh was my sales rep, and he is a huge asset to the Co. He literally spent hours with us, getting to know our needs, and riding styles, to get us in the perfect machine. I could've spent alot more, and gotten more than I needed, and ultimately wouldn't have been happy. His knowledge of all things SXS, off-roading, and the lifestyle in general make him an absolute pleasure to deal with. Leon the GM was also extremely welcoming, accommodating, and was very flexible getting to a deal. Andy in Parts went above & beyond taking care of us. Derek took such great care of me and my wife. My wife loved her test ride that he set up for her, so it was a done deal once that happened when she came back smiling from ear to ear. Got us exactly the bike/color we were looking for and went and picked it up for us personally from the other store. Went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t appreciate it enough. Made the whole process super simple and would definitely buy from Derek again. 10/10

Had a wonderful experience with Stephanie at GoAZ Motorsports! No games, just a smooth flowing transaction. The shop did a wonderful job on the prep of our new 2025 CanAm Defender Max HD9. Over 1000 miles in 2 months, with zero issues. Will be going back the next time we need an utv or dealer work done.

Man. Where do I begin? We knew we wanted to go from our motorcycle to a SxS, for so many reasons. We thought we were a year out on being able to, and stopped in just to browse and daydream. Derek made a dream a reality, within our budget, and more than we imagined. With zero pressure. He didn't sell us a SxS (believe me, I was looking at something way above my needs and he helped me down sell instead of upsell and get into the right solution instead of my misguided wants), he helped us find our fit. To say PV Go AZ is renowned for customer service excellence is an understatement. There are not enough stars to give them their deserved rating. It all starts with the GM, Leon, who is not only a true professional but just an all around kind human being. He works very hard to make things work for you, the customer. Ditto with Justin, Sales, who could not do enough for us in putting our deal together, including cleaning up the 2025 Polaris XP that we purchased. He is definitely a rising star in that business and will be a "go to" for all our future motorsports needs. And then there is Amy, in Finance, who we have known from previous transactions. She is so efficient at her job and knows it so well. Not to mention she is just a kind person who will go out of her way and work hard to find you the best financing etc. This sums up the family at GO AZ and they DO treat you like family. From the time you walk in the door, anyone you encounter wants to know if they can help you. We are returning customers and like doing business with those in our own "backyard". You need not look any further to find the quality, service and pleasure of doing business with people of this caliber. They will do their very best to ensure you walk out their door a happy customer.
