(Nov 2025) Easy and enjoyable experience! First time dealing with GO AZ Scottsdale and I’m glad I did. Curtis, Kaya, and Don all provided professional service, were patient, and listened to my “story” to get me a deal on the bike (KLX 230S) that was right for me. Thanks for helping me continue my “Eternal Adventures” on my exploration moto - ride on! (Jan 2026) Already back for another bike! Once again GO AZ Scottsdale worked with me, negotiated, and sent me away happy with my new Himalayan 450 Adventure bike. I had the most professional experience at this location huge thank you to Kyle, Dylan and Doug. As soon as I walked in, everybody was extremely friendly. Kyle came up to me and helped me find my first motorcycle. He was super knowledgeable and helped me find the best fit. I had a budget in mind and Doug came in right away to make sure I got the best deal. No pushy sales, I told him what I needed in the amount that I'm trying to stay with him and he got me exactly and even more. Dylan in finance was extremely professional, and so kind as well! Very happy with my first purchase :) they all deserve a massive raise and a huge kudos. I've had a positive experience working with Curtis, Doug, and Don to complete the purchase of a new bike today. I believe this is the 5th bike I've purchased from GoAZ over the 8 years I've lived in Phoenix. What impressed me most is that even though I'm a long time BMW owner, Curtis knew the new BMW Brand and was able to articulate the changes to me coming from a slightly older BMW model. I bought my 2022 Indian Pursuit from GoAz and have been servicing it there as well. I recently had the 25k service done. Brian Dickey is my Service Manager and he did a great job coordinating the work and getting a couple warranty claims accomplished in good time. I’m very happy with his service and expertise on this bike. The bike has been extremely reliable and has never left me stranded. I recommend the bike and dealership to all that are in the market. Only place in AZ to service your motorcycles. Authentic work and excellent quality! Mitchell Martian, helped fix a tire misunderstanding and I did leave the lot but we were able to swap out with my initial want,Pirelli Diablo Ross. Also just recently took care of the second service maintenance, 7k miles This bike was also purchased here at 2.7k miles and is probably the best purchase in my life. I will be back for the ZH2 someday. It’s also a very nice dealership with lots of space and seating. Definitely Top Class Motorcycles and good people.
