Stopped by Golf Galaxy and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually helpful without being pushy. They answered all my questions about clubs and gear, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Even though it was busy, they made sure I got attention and didn’t feel rushed. Checkout was smooth and fast, which was nice. Great spot for golf gear, accessories, or getting advice on clubs. Good service, helpful staff, and a laid-back shopping experience. I’d definitely come back and recommend this location!

I cracked my new Q35 driver. I brought it in and told them I didn't purchase it there but could they help me do a warranty claim with Taylormade. The filled out the form, shipped it all for 14.00 shipping. Then they told me to grab a driver off their used club rack and are letting me use it for free until my replacement comes in. I found my exact driver they actually adjusted it to my exact specs all for free. Reminder I didn't even buy it from them. Golf Galaxy has a customer for life. Amazing Customer Service experience.

Bought a $500 putter and spent an hour trying everyone out, not one employee helped me. Know what your getting cause the staff is useless.
