We only visited the distillery so my review is based solely on that experience. After being to distilleries across the country, over 120 and still counting, Grand Canyon will go down as one of our top favorites! From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Misty we knew we were in a special place. Being able to see and smell the distillery had us immersed in the experience from the start! We were given menus right away and even offered a cocktail flight which I jumped on! Hubby got an aged flight and we each got a cocktail afterwards. The cocktails were absolutely amazing and so unique, partly because of the mixologist and partly because of the spirits used. Hubby and I shared our flights so I was able to taste the quality and perfection of what went into the cocktails. The Manhattan was cherry forward as it should be, the Irish coffee took us back to San Francisco and where they started, the dark chocolate orange drink was delightful and the Sazerac with their absinth was perfection. We went home with a bottle of the blue corn bourbon as should everybody, it's quite special! Misty was an amazing host, sharing her passion, listening to ours and making us feel like family. We'll be back when we pass this way again, we'd love to take the full tour of both the brewery and distillery.

Wonderful little location just south of the Grand Canyon. I stopped in here for a beer. They had NFL on several televisions and beers were just under $5 for happy hour. I only had the beer so I can't comment on the food, but by the looks of the staff walking past me it looks like standard pub fare. Patrons seemed happy to converse and eat, so I imagine they frequent this place and appreciate the food. The decor is superb. Christmas decorations overlayed a mountain cabin themed bar -- complete with a fireplace and a working cast iron stove heater, adorned with a sign that said "do not touch". Appropriately decorated to make you feel cozy and at home during a cold, winter night. I know this is a chain, but I've never been in any of these locations before. Overall, I was quite piqued -- I was short on time on my first visit, but I'm making it a point to pass through here again in the future to give this place a fair shake.

Ordered a pizza after looking at so many tables having them and they looked good. Unfortunately I don’t eat pork so I asked for the Supreme pizza with substituting it for ground beef. It was HORRIBLE. They took old burnt burgers and put it on top. They were so bland and so hard to eat. Omg, they should be glad I was just hungry and ate what I could, had to pack the rest. Even asked the waiter if it was burgers cut into pieces and he also said yes. They also give you cups in the beginning for you to grab your own water (free) or soda ($3.99ea). I wouldn’t recommend coming here because there are so many other restaurants I passed while walking the strip, and for some reason I chose to go out of way to go there.

Would have loved to eat here and sample the drinks but we waited almost 20 minutes after the hostess seated us and were never met with anyone to take our order. It sounded like a few tables around us had already been waiting for awhile to close their tabs as well. Not sure if this is the norm but it wasn't busy while I was there. Decor was nice to look at during tge wait.

Lunch at Grand Canyon Brewery in Williams. Pumpkin Spice Porter & Prickly Pear Wheat beers. yum. I had the grilled shrimp tacos & Brian had the loaded sausage, see last Pic. Food was good, tasty, served properly. A tad expensive, compared to other places both inside and outside of Williams. Service was a bit sparse....maybe because they just opened 15 minutes before? We had a hard time getting a check to pay. The beer menu had no prices, unlike the rest of their spirits/cocktails & wine, not sure why.....and they were out of all their sours, heavy bummer. I'd put prices on your beer. How much is a flight? idk. The beers were $8 and $7 respectively, above. When we finally caught the guy to pay he was apologetic for the wait. But we had a nice lunch on the couch in front of their fireplace on a cold day!
