Grimaldi's Park West location serves the West Valley with their famous coal-fired brick oven pizza. Fresh ingredients and perfectly charred crust.

this place was really good. my favorite of the 3 bruschetta options was the pesto, followed closely by the original. the prosciutto pizza was really good (especially considering white pizzas are my favorite). i didn't try the other pizzas but they looked good. warning: if you go between 2:30 and 3:30 (or around then), they might be replacing the coals aka you can only order things that won't use the oven (salads, bruschetta, etc.). it was a nice environment and we got our food quickly, and you can see them making/thinning the pizza dough and throwing it into the oven. random but i noticed they get a lot of phone traffic. oh also: free refills on drinks.

We love this place! They have the best coal fired pizza! We started off with the Mediterranean Salad. The salad was great and the kids even went back for seconds on this salad. They had plenty of toppings but the kids only wanted pepperoni. Our server was also very pleasant!

Took a friend to Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Peoria for her birthday since she was craving pizza. The star of the night was our server, Jasmine—super attentive, friendly, and consistently on top of our needs. Drinks were strong and delicious, exactly what we were hoping for. Where it fell short was the food pacing and the pizza itself. Our appetizer and pizza arrived at the same time, which made the meal feel rushed. We ordered The Don and expected bold, layered flavors; it had great presentation but was surprisingly flat and lacking seasoning. For a spot with such high ratings, it was disappointing. Our total came out to just over $100 for three people, which felt a bit steep given the underwhelming pizza. We’d return for the service (Jasmine was fantastic) and the drinks, but we’d try a different pie or ask for extra seasoning next time. Hoping it was just an off night.

Would’ve given two stars due to the fact that this is our first bad pizza from Grimaldi’s at Park West. However, I’m writing this 10 minutes after pickup, and we live at one of the nearby properties. I’m not sure if it was coincidence or quality control issues, but their take on a buffalo chicken pizza was a colossal failure. The pizza was wet, and sloshing around. Not sure as to why it was this horrendous, but the quality and the flavor was shame for over $30 and being promised at a certain time. Do better. Your products aren’t cheap, so this was unacceptable.

We went to this place for the first time and totally enjoyed ourselves!! we ordered a small Caesar salad, which was big enough for two people. We also ordered a large Brooklyn pizza and added pepperoni. The atmosphere was great. Our server, who was the bartender, was great! And the salad and pizza were amazing! And the prices were reasonable. We will definitely go back.
