I had a negative interaction with a security guard/officer from this company. However it was clear his actions were rouge of how the company operates. I was amazed that less than 8 hours later I was asked about the issue and it was handled. I don’t know of any other security companies that would take the time to hear both side and do what’s right at the end vs default side with the employee. Jeremy, I appreciate you sir as you listened and heard me out. When there is conflict there is always a difference of personal feelings. You heard both sides and addressed the issue head on. If I needed to hire a security company you now are on the top of the list to call. You have integrity and accountability and that’s a must in security.

Matilda was very welcoming, very open arms energy, mature, respectful. Also office suite is really clean and tidy.
