Harkins Arizona Pavilions 12

Went here to see Demon Slayer: infinity castle arc. THEY DO NOT HAVE DEMON SLAYER MEMORABILIA. Got popcorn and it was cold and tasted stale. The seats in the theater are OLD and not comfortable. Almost as bad as old school stadium seats. The theater needs a serious upgrade. Whomever the owners are, they need to invest in updating the theater and serving better food. After seeing recent reviews, I anticipated a theater much like the Harkins Spectrum one, or one in OV or pretty much any of the ones with updated seats. This one is outdated and their popcorn is definitely NOT the best in town. Seems like the recent reviews are being over inflated by friends and family to pull more customers. I definitely will NOT be going back to this theater.

Go fairly regularly with my kids to this theater and generally have a good experience. Recently my experience was exceptionally positive thanks to Jacqueline V in concessions who was not only exceptionally good at her job, but offered all the extras, even asking how much ice I'd like in my drink! She is amazing!!

Avatar way of the Water Christmas Eve matinee allowed us a complete peaceful experience. One the move is top notch in my book. But this is about the theater lol not the movie. The movie theater was clean and organized. The staff was as friendly as you would expect them to be working on a Christmas Eve morning for things but they were still very friendly. The bathrooms were cleaned and stocked as well as the concession stand. The theaters themselves were more than roomy enough, clean and comfortable. We sat in theater six which had the rocker chairs as well as liftable arm rests for cuddle time.

Movie was good and loud. The popcorn was fresh. Soda tasted great and the snacks are fresh.

The Tower has always been solid, nice surround sound, good screen size especially for the time it was made in , and some very cool old school rockers, usually good concessions unless you're getting pizza there which is 🤮; However everything else is usually good here, but apparently one person caught them on a bad day and think that's how it is all the time and anyone who cares about recliners can literally cry about, you can have a good time at the theater regardless of what kind of seat you're sitting in just the dont sit in the front row lol 😉.
