Harkins Camelview at Fashion Square

Great Valentine's Day experience. Clean facilities, nice updates to the interior and a cool bar. Shout-out to all the staff working yesterday because it was absolutely packed yet they kept their cool. Special shout-out to the gentleman with the cool hair working the Pete's Coffee bar all by himself. Great attitude, efficient and made killer coffee. My only mistake was not getting his name.

This was a very fun experience! Came for a rooftop movie and was not disappointed! They have a whole concession stand and bar on the roof for your convenience as well! The chairs were comfy and so were the headphones, the whole experience was a great time and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a unique movie experience! It was my first time so I parked at the mall and walked to the theatre, but some people who had clearly done this before cleverly parked at the top of the parking garage where the movie was being hosted… I’ll have to figure that out for next time!

This is a nice location and overall great movie going experience. It reminds me of when I was a kid growing up from the food to watching a movie but elevated. This is probably one of the nicest movie theaters I have been to. They have a bar, coffee spot, elevated concessions, and patio. Their bathrooms were very nice and clean, at least when we went. We have had cocktails from here before, and they were decently good. For the movie experience or standard movie going experience, it was really great. The concessions stand food was on point. The popcorn was delicious and had a butter and condiment station. The nachos were just like I remember with the nacho cheese. *I would get a third nacho cheese* for the number of chips you get. It only comes with two. Also, the sound quality and volume were top-notch when watching the movie. Big plus for me. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the price. It was close to 70 dollars for the tickets and food. I would say this is pretty overpriced. 2 tickets, nachos, medium popcorn, and a large drink are not worth that much. I am guessing it is because this location is in the mall and high-level stores here, so prices go up. We usually go to Roadhouse Cinemas and they have discount days and decent prices with great food and similar experience. If this place had similar prices, it would be a tougher choice, but the prices are a little ridiculous.

Gorgeous architecture, excellent theatre and reclining seats, all compromised by the long lines and slow service. People pay good money to come to this place, they certainly don't deserve to miss out on any wasted time waiting on coke and popcorn. The customers were all looking at each other with the same urgent, frustrated expression. No excuse, maybe it's time to reevaluate management. We intentionally choose the family-owned Harkins over the Chinese owned competitor - where this isn't a problem at all. Please do better, we love you!

Alejandra the night manager said at 10:48 on Monday night I could not get any type of hot food even though I was with my son and the movie ran two hours past. Everything was great, but I guess I thought the food to be served longer instead, I asked the gentleman and he said they close at 10:45. I arrived at the station at 10:53. After conflict at 11:03 we decided I will buy a small popcorn. Why have a plan if a movie is running and the theater is closed? I should’ve been able to buy whatever I want if there’s movies still being played. I don’t blame the person working. I just blame the set up.
