I absolutely love going to Harkins Theatres Chandler Fashion 20! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, clean, and well-managed. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help — which makes the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The theaters are spotless, the seats are incredibly comfortable, and the sound and picture quality are top-tier. Whether it’s a big blockbuster or a smaller film, everything feels immersive and well-presented. I especially appreciate how organized everything is, even on busy nights. The concession stand is efficient (and let’s be honest — the popcorn is always fresh and delicious 🍿). It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining a high standard. If you’re looking for a great movie-going experience in Chandler, this location never disappoints. Highly recommend for date nights, family outings, or even solo “me time” at the movies! 🎬✨

Wicked for good was amazing! (Early release!) Theatre was clean. I asked them to turn the temperature down in our theatre and within minutes we could feel the difference. Employees were polite and helpful. I prefer the recliner style seats but our movie of choice was only showing at this location.

Nice and clean theater. Friendly and courteous staff. We enjoyed our visit to this theater. Good variety of snacks and beverages. Seats are nice but not the extra comfy reclining ones. Easy access and plenty of parking. Restaurant And treats are plenty around to stop in before or after the movies. Nice restrooms

The theater was pretty clean. The seats kept folding my son like a taco though. I hope they replace the seats soon.

Excellent 👌, clean and welcoming. Our preferred movie theater because it is less than 10 min drive. Food prices have gone up post Covid but popcorns are still must with movie.
