Awesome small theater that is so well run. It feels like a big theater. Very easy to buy tickets at the kiosk or with the manager. Drinking fountains were all broken for some reason, but they were kind enough to fill our water bottles with ice and water. Large menu to choose from including small pizzas, nachos, and hotdogs. Easy parking in the parking lot. Comfortable seating.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Harkins. I bought a party bag sold at the theater after speaking to a manager and multiple employees. Not once was I told I couldn’t take it into the auditorium. The popcorn was handed to me at concessions, Only after the purchase did the concession employee suddenly say, “Oh, you can’t take that inside.” There were no signs, no warnings, and no communication beforehand. When I told her no one had mentioned this to me, she walked away, reported it to someone, came back without explaining anything, and continued to take our order. Leaving us confused about the situation. To make it worse, the manager stops us while we are about to enter the movie and claimed he told me I had to buy it and take it home, which he straight up lied to my face!!!! That is what did it for me then to publicly take it away right as the movie was starting instead of simply apologizing for his mistake !! It’s not my fault for his lack of communication. He literally was standing across from us the whole time and decided to mention that once we were going to enter to see the movie. Completely ruined what should’ve been a fun movie night. The lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from management was honestly unacceptable.

We loved going to the movies today to watch .. Song Sung Blue . We really enjoyed the comfy seats and great customer service ! Have a blessed day !

There's only one movie theater in Flagstaff. So it makes this particular theater great. It's clean. I just wish that when there's a rush because lots of movies are beginning that there were more people at the counter I get there early to make sure that I get my movie favorites and loyalty cup filled up so that I can see the upcoming features.

Wasn't crowded and the staff was fresh and very friendly. Theater was practically empty. Bathrooms were spotless! Enjoyed my movie!
