We had a dad and daughter movie time here, and we both loved it very much. The sounds, video, and service were great. The popcorn was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend it here.

Request for Immediate Escalation – Lost Property & Unprofessional Manager Conduct I took my niece and nephew to a 3:45 PM 3D showing and was seated in I-5. After the film, I accidentally left my beanie and a pair of high-value sunglasses (a gift) on seat I-4. When I called the theater, the manager, Zane Nenad, told me I could return to check the theater. I arrived between 6:40–7:00 PM and was then told I could not check because a show was playing. However, the only 3D showings were at 3:25 PM and 8:45 PM, and there were no films playing in Theater 13 at that time. The interaction was rude and dismissive. Given the value of the items and the conflicting information provided, I am requesting immediate escalation to senior management and prompt follow-up regarding recovery and resolution.

Overall, this Harkins has everything. Almost everything is great staff, food, atmosphere, etc are all great. Except for one thing, the seats. Which conveniently is pretty important when you think about going to a movie theater. These seats do not recline. These seats feel like the bare minimum of an economy section seat on a plane. Nothing against economy seating but I think everyone can agree, economy seats aren’t the best. If you’re looking for a good theater, this is the one, just beware of the chairs they’re not the best.

No recliner seats, no tray to put your food. The seats were comfy but honestly they need to upgrade to recliners. The food was meh, but if you preorder it, they'll have it ready for you so you don't have to wait at all! The location is good, plenty of spots nearby to eat and chill.

The seats are rockers, not recliners, which feels like you are stuck in the Stone Age. But I’m ngl, it was still a really nice experience. 9/10 would recommend :)
