Great place to catch a show. We always get great seats since it's never crowded especially on Sunday. They do have really good food if you're hungry. I recommend the crispy chicken sandwich. It was restaurant quality, hot, crispy thick chicken, with dark leafy lettuce, fresh red tomato and definitely impressive.

Went to see The Moment yesterday and the experience was less than great. The concession stand took 10 minutes to make my order of Fries, which I let slide but later during my showing the screen went out. They told us they would get it back up and running so we could finish the film. After about 15-20 minutes of waiting after we informed the staff we were told we couldn’t finish the film. It felt like there was a lack of urgency to resolve the issue and an extreme lack of communication about the severity. Got our hopes up about finishing the film before ultimately walking back on that. 2 stars for the movie passes but overall really poor experience and handling of the technical issues.

Very shocked on this theater. No recline seats and it had a mild mildew smell but it’s not that old. I will continue to go back to SanTan village over this place. The only upside is the show was pretty empty for a new release so we got a decent seat location.

Customer service has definitely gone downhill! We came here on Saturday 12/6/25 to see the second half of the Wicked movie. We went to concessions to buy popcorn and drinks and the girl entered my phone number three times and said it didn't work. We specifically purchased the extra large popcorn so we could get the free refill. At the end of our movie we went up to get the free refill but because they didn't have the original purchase linked to a phone number, they said they couldn't give us the free refill. We gave this other staff member girl our phone number and she found the account right away which means the first scroll entered it incorrectly three times. Even though she found our phone number, she said she could not give us the free popcorn because the purchase was not linked under the phone number. When I said that wasn't okay she called a manager over. Some guy comes over. Doesn't speak a word to any of us punches in a bunch of numbers and then leaves! Real nice. The entire thing was handled incorrectly! Teach your staff the correct kind of customer service. If you want customers to return. I would gladly drive further to a different Harkins then go to this one again! She should have called a manager over before I even had a chance to get upset! And no one even apologized.
