Harkins Superstition Springs 25

This used to be a BUSY Harkins! So busy they used to have to open concessions at the ends. Pre Covid this location was slated for a remodel with recliner chairs then after it was put on hold. We started driving to Chandler Harkins just for the recliner seats and then San Tan Harkins when they got theirs. I don’t understand what’s taking so long to update this location. It’s in a better location and would be booming again. San Tan will sell out and it’s not as large as Superstition and Superstition is empty or at half capacity. We’ll wait for more times for the big Marvel movies for recliner seats, but wish this location would just update. We’ve been coming here since closer to our house and empty on weeknights giving us a theater to ourselves most of the time. The last time here I noticed seats extremely dirty and saw one side was boarded up. I’m hoping a remodel is finally in the works. 🙏

This is a magnificent theater although it isn't very busy. The refreshments for fresh and the help was delightful, the theater seats were comfortable and everything ran on time. I love the architecture and we saw the setting sun upon departure.

I have enjoyed Harkins Theatres since I moved to Arizona 30 years ago. I love now we can select our seats when we purchase our tickets, as it makes it easier while we are getting our popcorn and beverages that we have great seats. The popcorn is the best popcorn. I always purchase the popcorn rewards program and get a prepaid popcorn at each visit. I always upgrade to an extra large so I can take a fresh bag home to share.

Comfortable temperature perfect. Preordering snacks/drinks great ida although it was a total failure. It wouldve been quicker getting in a regular line. Staff x 4 that I spoke to did not know what to do with my prepaid QR Code. I wont be teying THAT again!

Sub par It had been a couple years since our last visit. Everything is still the same. So for 20+ years this place hasn't seen an upgrade inside. Still going with this old rocking chair seats while everyone else has upgraded to recliners. The sound is still the same; not bad nothing great. The kicker that will keep me from attending again... Even though you pay the same price for the large popcorn... You can't get the refill unless you relinquish your email and phone number. So tired if this crap! PSA to businesses, stop basing your entire engagement model on hoarding emails and phone numbers... Especially just to get a refill even though I paid the same price.
