Amazing Staff, inventory, atmosphere, and experience! Heard about this place for my buddy, Who was in a pretty tough situation. Rick Was able to make some magic work for him, I figured what the hell and went in the next day. Rick was not just helpful, but he was eager to help me get my situation resolved and get me onto the best bike I could get. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about bike bikes, actually rides, and it isn’t just trying to push their own agenda on you. This is the fourth HD dealership I’ve been to this year, and I don’t see myself ever needing another. Thank you to the whole team at Harley-Davidson of SCOTTSDALE. Stopped by Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale and had a really good experience. The dealership is a very nice facility and everything was well laid out and easy to browse. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful without being pushy, which made it easy to take your time looking around. They have a great inventory of bikes, along with a solid selection of clothing, parts, and accessories. Overall it’s a great stop whether you’re seriously shopping for a bike or just want to look around and check out what they have. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area.

Today was an excellent shopping experience at your dealership. My husband Will and I purchased our 2024 triglide from Josh Casper. Josh is an amazing sales associate who treated us with great respect and listen to the needs of what we were looking for in a bike. Not only did he call us when the bike came in for us to come and look at it his follow up was impeccable. We had had a bad experience at another dealership in Apache junction and Josh treated us with empathy and understanding. Josh made the purchase of this bike memorable and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I cannot say enough good things about Josh. I would also like to say that the sales manager and also the finance manager we're so good and so professional also at their job. They worked with us and listen to us and treated us so respectfully. This dealership is a class act and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
