This hotel was perfect for our family getaway! The location is convenient and stunning. There are plenty of great restaurants close by and driving to the heart of Sedona was quick and doable. Being closer to Bell Rock was a better choice for us with hiking our main focus. The pools and hot tub were lovely and entertained our children (7 & 12) but the highlight was definitely the fireplaces and fire pits that are accessible both inside and outside, all over the hotel. The hotel kept all of them constantly running (props to them!) and in the month of December this added a luxury feel that I couldn't get enough of. Our adjoining rooms were nicely sized and well kept, with a living space between and access to two different outdoor patios. The restaurant onsite was convenient with great drinks (margaritas anyone?) and we ate in an outdoor igloo on New Years Eve which allowed our 7 year old to be as exuberant as she wanted to be at dinner. We had an absolutely fantastic time and strongly encourage booking this resort through Costco. We would absolutely return.

Overall, the experience was underwhelming, especially for the price. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, though the bed was quite firm and we found it uncomfortable. Pillows were comfortable but only four were provided for a king bed. Water was $3 per small bottle, which felt unreasonable given the $320 USD nightly rate. We booked last minute and had plenty of room options since the hotel wasn’t very busy. We paid $335 USD (including breakfast) for a room with an outdoor fireplace, but the propane fireplace gave off little heat and wasn’t very usable. The massage itself was also disappointing. In addition to being moved to a hotel room due to spa renovations, the treatment felt rushed and unfocused, with no clear flow or intention. The music was not relaxing, I got my hair pulled and oil sprayed on my face and overall it did not meet expectations for a $235 USD service (plus tip), despite the therapist being kind. With ongoing construction and a lack of true luxury throughout the property, the experience didn’t justify the cost. There are many comparable options in Sedona for significantly less. I’m mad at myself for paying the money and not staying at a regular b&b. But I’ll know for next time.

This hotel, marketed as luxurious, falls short of that promise. There was a lot of construction happening at the front entrance which I thought was supposed to be completed by the time of our stay. The room was decent but a little dated, and the extra room worked well for my family of four. The hotel’s dining options are limited. The lobby bar was nice and the Starbucks is good, but the attached convenience store closes early in the afternoon, so you’re out of luck if you want anything later. Parking is expensive, even though there’s plenty of it. We played pickleball a lot, and the courts need resurfacing. If you play for more than an hour, they charge $30. The lap pool was closed, and there was no clear signage about how to access the gym or spa which were in a different building. We tried to find the concierge a few times, but they weren’t always there when we went to the desk. The hotel is about 15-40 minutes from other areas of Sedona, depending on traffic. The village of Oak Creek is great, and we found many great spots to eat during our stay. We also enjoyed being close to great hiking trails.

Located outside Sedona center. May take 15 min to get to the town depending on the traffic. Spacious unit with separate living room and bedroom. Small microwave and fridge plus a sink. Has gas fireplace in the living room. Also a gas fire pit outside if on the first floor. The entrance was under construction. But the hotel is indeed in need of some updating. The gym is in a separate building behind the hotel. And we were told the sauna and steam room were under renovation as well. Plenty of parking space. They do charge $26 for resort fee and $15 for self parking daily. They have outdoor swimming pool and pickleball courts.

Amazing hotel! We are travelling from the UK and have stayed at many Hilton hotels before, this though is hands down the best one we have been to. As gold members we received many perks, we had reserved parking (which was handy as it was pretty busy), we had a welcome bag and also a free drink voucher for the bar. As well as this we received 18 dollars EACH on F&B. As mentioned in other reviews there was a lot of construction going on, this however is to be expected from time to time so I believe is unfair to rate it down because of it. The staff were all extremely friendly, the gentleman at the bar and the restaurant host were lovely and weren’t afraid to engage in conversation! The room was absolutely huge and extremely comfortable, I believe it wasn’t dated but actually fits the atmosphere of the surrounding area perfectly. Lastly I wanted to mention the pool as it was perfect. Will DEFINITELY be coming back (even if it is a 9 hour flight 😂).
