If your into speciality beers, this is a must stop. Nothing fancy, the actual brewery. Some indoor seating, and outdoor area for special events. The day we were here they had a grille going with basic Hamburgers and hotdogs available as well as snacks. Great selection of beer, some conventional, some NOT conventional like the special pickle beer, which on its own is just OK, but they will combine it with other flavors per your request and even give you some suggestions. Kristyn was a great bartender with good suggestions and explanations. ALSO, they do little extra's like rinsing off glasses when there is foam overflow so the glass is not sticky and using a special Water fountain to rinse and chill the glass before pour, also reducing the foam head!

Excellent salt & lime lager...best I have ever had, actually. Management: please show your bartenders how to ring in the special can pours. Neither knew how to ring them in and had me standing at your counter for several minutes disrupting service to several customers. Lead bartender claimed posted 3 dollar special was to-go price contrary to your "can pour" price. I left, not being able to try your specials, unfortunately.

Amazing brewery. My boyfriend and I came here to close out our Northern Arizona brewery tour and Historic Brewing exceeded our expectations. The beer selection was huge and not one pour was anything less than great. The staff was not only experienced, they were fun. Beer lovers need to pay this place a visit.

Greatest of beers in Flagstaff. You can't go wrong with the Undercover Cucumber and the Picnic Pie Hole. Laid back, no pressure attitudes and tasty beer is the way I want to live. Cheers!!!

The brewery tap room was awsome.. super dog friendly. Limited food options, so plan accordingly. They have a qr code to scan for local places to deliver. Great place to chill and enjoy flagstaff.
