Hitter's House Phoenix

Took the kids for a bucket of balls, if Dos Gringos was still near, I would have got a bucket of beers! Great facility, great staff! Probably the best batting cages in the Phoenix-metro area. We will be back!

Place is super fun. Free batting cage if you have your own pitcher. The automatic pitcher is $4 for 18 balls. A TON of fun. Definitely recommend 10/10. Please cleanup after yourself. Employees are super nice and helpful too.

Love the place, concept, and price! It would be 5 stars. All but the bathrooms are on point. The bathrooms are discussing. To the point of serious health concerns. Poop stains all in the toilet around and on seat. Urine on floor and floor is sticky due to nasty urine. I mean come on 50+ per month per member so his has to get better. I would be so mad if I was the owner to see the condition of the bathrooms. So gross! Don’t even want to show photos it is so bad! I would totally clean myself just so I can go to the restroom but no cleaning supplies I had to use soap and the toilet bowl cleaner was so contaminated I could not touch it.

I can’t say enough about the customer services I received from Nathan The General Manager. Not only did he send me a video to ensure I was receiving the bat I asked for but he also shipped it to me in Ohio. He was prompt with his responses back and forth with me and made this experience flawless.

Baseball Heaven!! This place has everything you need from gear to cages to get your work in. The employees are also very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
