HonorHealth Complete Care - Lake Pleasant

Last week, I required care at Honor Health Complete Care located on Lake Pleasant Dr. I arrived around 11:15 am on a Saturday, the parking lot was crowded but the lobby was empty. The check in team were very kind and helpful. After the check in, I was called back within 5 minutes and taken to a room by the nurse. She did her assessment and was knowledgeable and kind. The provider arrived shortly after….I had a leg infection post two skin biopsies that had gotten very infected. I was on antibiotics but it was getting worse. They treated me and revised my medications to something stronger. All in all it was one hour from arrival to walking back out the door. On the way out, the check in team made a point of saying a cheerful goodbye and to take care. The facility was extremely clean and efficient. It was a fantastic experience and I have told several neighbors about it. Would go again if needed. There is both an urgent care and Er so they triage you immediately and treat accordingly. Great concept for patients. Highly recommend!

Absolute waste of time and money. They did not listen, they did not try to solve the problem, they would not help. No doctors wore masks. The main nurse was snooty and rude. Absolutely disgusted by this place left me sitting for 2 hours after wasting my time. Then wouldnt give me discharge papers.

Visited UC 2/28/26. Sat. 4:30pm I am a HH patient so check in was so quick and easy! Wait time was nil, in and out! Very friendly, professional, cordial staff, very relatable! Will Go Again!

The staff at this urgent care took great care of me. I was really sick and didn’t have to wait long. I’m very grateful to all the staff for thier support.

Personal was extremely cordial and understanding. Best experience from all: check in, nurses care, registration and PA. Facility was set up for efficiency and very helpful in diagnosis. I would not hesitate to use this facility again.
