Top notch medical care! Extremely efficient staff! Great experience! Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ On the direction of our primary care provider, we recently visited HonorHealth Complete Care as my husband was not feeling well and needed urgent evaluation. We live a distance away, but trusted our doctor's advice and headed to this facility! What we found was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt complete care. Everyone was friendly and competent. The staff went way out of their way to answer all questions and reassure us that we were receiving the best care possible! The whole experience was unbelievably good. Many tests were performed and all revealed normal, stable results. Within just a couple of hours, we went from being truly concerned to confident and secure! A big thank you to everyone on our care team as we truly appreciate the efficient and professional treatment at HonorHealth Complete Care!

This place is such a gem that I selfishly almost don't want to spread the word! Everyone is so incredibly nice, and in the several times we unfortunately had to utilize their services, the wait time was amazing. It is so great to have both an Urgent Care and ER in the same place. I didn't even have to switch beds, much less than having to go elsewhere. You never want to find yourself in the position to need it, but this is the place to go. The people are amazing!

Ive always received excellent care at this location. All of the front office are nice, friendly, and helpful. My doctor (Lisa Ashworth) is out of this world amazing! She listens to my concerns and does her research before determining a plan for my care. I trust her 100%.

I am a first timer to an Urgent Care facility and didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted right away and signed in promptly. Before too long I met with a nurse and folllwed her to a comfortable exam room to await the physician. EVERYONE was kind and happy. It felt more like a doctor’s office and not an emergency room. I was tested and treated and even got my first dose of medication since it was after pharmacy hours. 10 out of 10 for my experience.

WARNING! BEWARE! DO NOT VISIT this Urgent Care/Complete Care Facility for basic urgent care if you don't actually have an emergency! If you have an emergency- go here- I'm sure you will get great care- but if you don't have a real life threatening emergency HEED MY WARNING & DO NOT GO HERE! There is a separate entrance to this urgent care facility identified by the sign above the door that says Urgent Care which is NOT the emergency room entrance (identified as EMERGENCY ROOM ENTRANCE) when you enter the doors of the Urgent Care Entrance it is completely different lobby- NOT the emergency room lobby- HOWEVER- if you come here for basic non-emergency care like a cold, flu, etc HonorHealth will add extremely expensive Level 3 charges to your bill & even if you have good insurance you will end up owing money that is way above & beyond what you would end up being charged for a normal visit to an urgent care facility that does not share walls with a Hospital. This is very unscrupulous! I took by wife for an upset stomach/diarrhea we were charged $75 which is the appropriate co-pay for an urgent care visit- (vs $150 co-pay which we'd have been charged for an emergency room visit), but we/our insurance co was still billed $6,470 from HonorHealth + a separate $1,300 bill for a Dr. who popped into the room for a few minutes to ask if we wanted lab work done. One of the charges is a $2,257 charge for "Emergency Room" Intensive/Level 3 - although it was absolutely not an Emergency Room visit! $2,941 for lab work that would have been maybe a few hundred dollars at a Lab corp facility! Way over charged for IV Therapy- $1,044! this would have been way less at a normal urgent care! Way overcharged for the Saline Solution through the hospital pharmacy compared to what an urgent care would have charged. We have been fighting with HonorHealth to have this & other erroneous charges be removed from our bill & they claim because this urgent care facility shares a wall & facilities with the hospital that even basic care is billed as if it was an emergency room hospital visit! THIS IS UNSCRUPULOUS QUACKERY! It is so very wrong for HonorHealth take advantage of people like this! We are hiring a lawyer & getting Gary Harper & 3 on your side involved! This was suggested to us by a Dr. friend & her medical director husband both who work for another HonorHealth facility!
