Top notch medical care! Extremely efficient staff! Great experience! Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ On the direction of our primary care provider, we recently visited HonorHealth Complete Care as my husband was not feeling well and needed urgent evaluation. We live a distance away, but trusted our doctor's advice and headed to this facility! What we found was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt complete care. Everyone was friendly and competent. The staff went way out of their way to answer all questions and reassure us that we were receiving the best care possible! The whole experience was unbelievably good. Many tests were performed and all revealed normal, stable results. Within just a couple of hours, we went from being truly concerned to confident and secure! A big thank you to everyone on our care team as we truly appreciate the efficient and professional treatment at HonorHealth Complete Care!

Something is messed up with billing for "durable medical goods"! My wife brought my son in for an x-ray to determine the damage done to his toe. It was a stress fracture. The staff offered a choice of what looked like a slipper or a walking boot. My wife chose the walking boot as it provides protection and stability. She signed the forms, but was NOT told what it would cost or how much would be billed to insurance. Insurance coverage and deductables aside, it would have been helpful to know that they (BREG) would be billing insurance $425 for a walking boot. This boot can be purchased on line for $140. Because my deductable hasn't been met, they tell me I am on the hook for over $214 as that is what is allowable by insurance. So, a $140 boot is now valued at $214???? Make it make sense! Insurance doesn't care and BREG wants their money. Hopefully the staff at HHCC-PV is willing to cooperate and make this right because what is happening is NOT acceptible in ANY way, shape or form!

Each time I have gone to an Honor Health facility I am amazed! From the entrance to the exam rooms! Sheer professionalism! I find I am going more often, so I now expect the greatest service! Honor Health delivers! Thank you to each and every working member working!

This place is such a gem that I selfishly almost don't want to spread the word! Everyone is so incredibly nice, and in the several times we unfortunately had to utilize their services, the wait time was amazing. It is so great to have both an Urgent Care and ER in the same place. I didn't even have to switch beds, much less than having to go elsewhere. You never want to find yourself in the position to need it, but this is the place to go. The people are amazing!

I’ve been to this facility many times with different family members, most recently myself. This was my first time experiencing the Urgent care side of it. I was impressed with how quickly I was in and out of there! Their staff is always caring, kind and respectful. Thank you to the staff and wishing them a Happy Holiday and a Wonderful New Year.
