From the moment I walked in at Reception, I felt most welcome and respected at Honor Health Urgent Care Phoenix. I only had to wait a few minutes before being called. The offices were sparkling clean. The staff were very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. My tests were done. My visit was complete. Thank you Honor Health Urgent Care.

I had a great experience at honor health urgent care on 16th St and Bethany Home. The front desk admin was very friendly and swift! The waiting room is huge and very spread out so you don’t have to sit near others. The doctors and medical assistants were also very friendly and knowledge. I was in and out in less than an hour!

The visit Bethany Home Honor Health Urgent Care was great overall. Easy to use “save a spot” online, easy check in, facility is large and clean with lots of green plants adding warmth in a medical setting. The front desk gal in reception, the triage nurse, and the provider were all super! Very kind, thorough and had me back to holiday celebrating in no time…thank you all very much for being there during a time you could’ve been with your families/friends also. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 Star rating is because the Honor Health administration had the facility understaffed for this day. Even though I used “save a spot”, which is not an appt, but should’ve given me a place in the cue, it was more than an hour wait to be seen. The facilities manager should’ve maybe forecasted busier times at holiday with all kinds of sprains, breaks, germs and holiday travel flu, etc…t The care was great overall! The providers were warm and caring. Thank you!

Beware of this place and any place associated with Honor Health. My daughter went here for treatment, someone came into the room and said we can't help you here, I recommend you go to this other place, they can help you there. To Honor Health Medical Group Urgent Care - Bethany Home this constitutes full treatment and charged myself and my insurance $317.91. When she went to the second place to get actual treatment it ended up being another Honor Health facility and we were again charged $318.00. So, Honor Health was able to double their money! Total scam and insurance fraud. I disputed the charge with their billing department and they claim everything is fine.

Taken in very quickly and shown to a room. Facility very clean and staff very nice. PA (Javier) came in shortly and did thorough exam for bad cold symptoms. Concluded that I have bronchitis . We talked about it and he ordered 4 different meds and the order was sent to my pharmacy. I subsequently picked up the meds and now I am very much better, though have a lingering little cough. My first visit here, very impressed and happy!! Thank You
