I had an excellent experience with Dr. Christopher Scott Bonati. Despite being relatively young, he demonstrated exceptional medical knowledge, patience, and thoughtful clinical judgment. He took the time to truly listen and carefully evaluate my symptoms, which led to an accurate diagnosis—something that had unfortunately been missed by another physician who did not provide appropriate follow-up. Dr. Bonati’s attention to detail, calm demeanor, and thorough approach made a significant difference in my care. In addition, the entire staff—from the front desk to the medical assistants—were outstanding: professional, kind, efficient, and very responsive without unnecessary delays. This was one of the best medical experiences I have had, and I highly recommend Dr. Bonati and his team with complete confidence.

Surprisingly efficient! Everyone involved performed their job exceptionally. The Front desk was organized and managed by professionals whom were knowledgeable, courteous and sympathetic. The doctor didn't skip corners, he took my concern seriously and gave me the best treatment necessary. I was expecting a dreadfully long wait. Just to be seen let alone the process of being diagnosed. Fortunately for me my condition was not that bad and the whole process took a little over an hour.

We went in to get my son a sports physical which should have only taken about 10 mins. When we walked in there was no one in the lobby and 2 patients had just walked out. They took my son back as 2 other patients came in. An hour later he was left in the room without being seen. There were no patients in the back as I watched everyone walk out. Come on Honor Health get your stuff together and don’t leave a 17 year old in a room by himself

The provider was extremely knowledgeable, listened well and offered a solution plus asked me to see my doctor in two weeks. She has a great personality, and I would ask for her if I would need Urgent Care again. However, I know that’s not possible.

The lady I saw was fantastic. She explained everything perfectly. Wish I could get her as a primary. The staff there were really nice and the outside was very clean and to to it off . The cherry... It's both an urgent care and you can get a primary there as well... 🤯 What.. Love this place?
