HonorHealth Urgent Care - Fountain Hills

Had unexpected visit from a deep knife cut . Made an appt online. Was able to get one 45 minutes from deciding to get care. Arrived and check in wait was about five minutes. Was treated respectfully and politily by Abbe, was seen by MA -Megan and DR. Hansen finished up with Val and they were all Wonderful. Was souchered with glue, updated tetanus shot and sent on my way 30 minutes later. Professional, clean, fast. Excellent Care!

Walked in with my 101 yr old mother my mother had hurt her right hand. We were met by 2 nice receptionist that checked my mother in. Sat down and within a few minutes we are called back. Vitals taken on my m by a nice young nurse. Then an Xray tech came in and mine to Xray her hand. He was also very nice. Within a few minutes the doctor came in talked to my mom for a few minutes then read the Xray. No break! PTL Out we went! Was a great experience.

Came down on a weekend from Payson due to constant noise in my ear. Abbe the receptionist was great, friendly and professional. The medical assistant was great as well (it was either Val or Victoria her name), very kind. Dr. O'Clair, was kind,. compassionate,.and took the time to listen and did a thorough check of my ear. Unfortunately looks like I have developed tinnitus and she put in a referral to the ENT. Place was clean and light and bright. If I ever have to use an urgent care again, this will be the one I go to.

Was seen in a timely manner and the doctor I had was excellent. I am happy they have an X-ray tech on staff and that my broken bone was diagnosed quickly. Then the doctor referred me to an orthopedist on an urgent basis and I was seen within a few days. I had a very good experience there.

Went to the Honor urgent care facility in Fountain Hills sick as a dog with an upper respiratory infection. The staff was pleasant, efficient And competent. On a little less than an hour I checked , saw a nurse, saw the emergency physician. Amato, had a chest x-ray and left with a prescription for an antibiotic. Based on this visit I would recommend this facility and this physician to everyone. I have recovered well since I began the antibiotic.
