I had the worst experience here today with Dr. Barbara. This is not my first time at this clinic, but this was by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounter I’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. She walked in with a visibly annoyed attitude, barely asked about my symptoms, constantly cut me off, and immediately declared it was “viral” within seconds — even though my flu test was negative and I had green mucus, green phlegm, airway pain and some wheezing when lying down. These are symptoms that can also indicate bacterial infection, and I simply asked for proper evaluation and options. But she didn’t even want to hear me out for all the symptoms above but just rude and kept interrupting me with that terrible attitude. She became upset the moment I asked if antibiotics could be considered, not even necessarily to take right away, but as a backup plan if symptoms worsened. Instead of explaining or educating, she lectured me, made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for asking about my own health, and treated me with judgment instead of care. What shocked me the most is the complete lack of clinical logic: She refused to consider antibiotics but had no problem prescribing prednisone, which is a strong steroid with systemic effects. I am genuinely confused how she believes steroids are appropriate for someone she claims has a “viral” infection, while simultaneously acting like antibiotics are too dangerous to even discuss. That made me seriously question her medical judgment and professionalism. I left unsure if I should even take the medication she prescribed because it made no clinical sense for my case, and it felt like she was more interested in arguing than treating. On top of that, after storming out, I heard her outside talking and laughing about my case with her colleagues. That level of unprofessionalism is honestly appalling. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and humiliated — and still in pain. Healthcare providers should listen, explain, and treat patients with dignity, not hostility and sarcasm. This experience was emotionally upsetting and medically concerning. I hope the clinic seriously addresses this provider’s behavior and standards of care, because no patient should be treated this way.

My daughter had a uti, front desk was great! Saw PA for less then one minute, she did not make eye contact, sent a RX to pharmacy, complained about working 4 days in a row as she rambled. Told us to see a OBGYN for another simple question. We have insurance and just got a bill for $350. What a scam

Everyone from the front, ma and np was very pleasant and my visit was quick. Which is good. I like when a person is on hands. Not just standing there with their hands crossed.

They took me in very soon without an appointment. They had all of my records from my Honor Cardiologist and Honor Shea Hospital and I never needed to show insurance etc. I was tested and given a prescription for my problem. The prescription was successful at treating my illness. I was given a multi page printout listing the test and treatment and also a reminder of my cardiologist appointment in March. They had the same professional excellence as all the Honor medical facilities!

Came for stitches, and everyone in the office was wonderful. Kevin who did my stitches had a great sense of humor and did a great job keeping me distracted. Vanessa also was amazing and did a great job taking care of me too
