HonorHealth Urgent Care - Goodyear

My experience at Honor Health was a very positive one. The receptionist was very kind and professional ( great smile) I felt that my care was top notch! The facility was very clean and everybody wore masks and washed their hands. Everything was handled quickly and I was sent on my way!

Quick secure my spot service. Fairly quick check in. Staff were pleasant and the PA I saw did an amazing job checking out my eye. The eye doc I saw two days later said to make sure I left them a 5 star review because they actually prescribed the correct antibiotics for my scratched eye.

I had to go to HonorHealth Urgent care fell on total hip and I was in town from Tennessee I was seen by staff with 5 minutes of checking in everyone was great very concerned for their patients. After xrays and being seen I was out within an hour half. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone

Everyone from the moment I entered the clinic were kind and worked quickly to get me seen. I’d never had stitches before and was nervous. Dr. Hulsebus understood completely and helped me relax. Even got me to laugh and talked about my family. Then before I knew it the stitches were in and I was all set. It was nice going to an urgent care that feels like you’re going to your primary care office that’s fast and can take care of all your needs.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was have shortness of breath and my blood pressure was extremely high with an irregular heart beat. This was the closest place to where I was. I looked at my health insurance and it said It is in network. I stop in in clear distress at 630pm and the lady at the front desk instantly said. We don’t take this insurance. I showed her my screen that said it did. She continued to tell me we do not take this you don’t understand maybe some honor health but not this one. I explained a third time the issue I’m having that she wasn’t helping my blood pressure and to please see me by now she wasn’t helping annoyed and extremely rude. Someone behind her seen my distressed and called me in to the vitals room they we nice but could find my blood pressure and recommended I go to another one that has a ER. Worst experience EVER. I didn’t think urgent care could refuse someone and it was totally covered. The lady should be fired! I was in to much distress to get her name
