HonorHealth Urgent Care - Mesa (Power Road)

I had such a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was courteous from the moment I walked in, and I was seen very quickly without a long wait. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. They really took the time to listen and help with my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of fast, helpful, and compassionate care!

My husband and I were met with smiling, friendly faces. Tivonna and Carly were welcoming, understanding and efficient! Which can be hard when the clients are under the weather! Steven Gonos was kind and thorough. Sent me home with the knowledge I was alright. This was all done in a very timely manner!

Excellent service. Begging to end. Called and they suggested other had 3 clients currently. The ok 10 min was to get there. There was only one waiting. Checked in after masking up, it’s a requirement! Good them and they offer them for free. Was seen within 5 min of checkin! Very kind lady who did intake. Nice! Spoke to the nurse and Did vitals. Very pleasant bedside manner. Dr came in within 2-3 minutes, I heard her tell front desk she needed some time to catch up on reports, thought I’d have to wait. Excellent bedside manner. She acted above her paygrade. Gave sound advise and a clear path to the recovery. Nurse handed me my papers following up my action plan. Honor health had proven a great asset. Thanks staff

From the moment we walked in, the experience was outstanding. Front desk was kind, patient, and made the check-in process smooth. The nurse assistant took her time to truly listen to my mom’s concerns, which immediately put us at ease. By the time the doctor arrived, my mom felt comfortable and confident sharing everything. The staff was professional, compassionate, and thorough. The facility was also very clean. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care.

I love the doctors here but since Honor Health took over you cant speak to anyone. The hold time are crazy long and each call requires at lest two transfers. I would never recommend relying on Honor Health for any of your healthcare needs.
