HonorHealth Urgent Care - Phoenix (East Bell Road)

I would like to give this urgent care a five star review. I called them because my daughter was sobbing after Gymnastics of a sudden ear ache like a ear pain. She’s only three I didn’t have her insurance card with me and I called them in advance mind you this is at 6:15 PM and they close at seven. I called and I asked the receptionist that answered if it was too late to come in she said that no it was totally OK that as long as I got her checked in before seven they would see her and that I didn’t need the ID card. I could just come in and they would help me figure out her insurance when I got there. She also told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait but that that could also change at any time so I got there about 10 minutes later and the woman who helped me her name was Ariel. She was the lady at the desk the medical assistant and I would love to give her a five star review. She was simply amazing so kind, friendly patient calm it was very refreshing and helped me because I was stressing out. My daughter‘s never been in pain like that before and you know most places when you go there at 6:30 and they close at seven. They’re trying to rush you out the door and you can tell that they’re a little bit irritated well this lady was not like that at all. She was just taking her time with me and explained everything and was just so like I can’t explain what an angel she was very professional and like just the nicest person and definitely made me feel like I wasn’t being a burden by coming in that late, which I appreciate as a customer so I was actually seen within 10 minutes. The doctor came in about five minutes after that it was the fastest and will smooth process at an urgent care or a hospital or even a doctors office for that matter that I have ever been been in and we have never been there before so I will definitely be going back and I will be telling anybody that needs a reference on an urgent care I’m definitely going to let everyone know that that is the best one I’ve been to and I just really hope the company can acknowledge Ariel for how incredibly special she is. She was awesome so thank you Ariel and thank you on her health urgent care.

Came to this location after trying to go to my wonderful one one w. Bell. Unfortunately w. Bell didnt have imaging due to construction and I needed a chest xray. The checkin lady was very sweet but thats where it ended. The MA acting as a provider, moving way roo fast and clearly wanted to dx a viral infection and get me out. Same with the DO. Barely reviewed my hx or symptoms. Stated viral. I had already done the flu covid tests at home but they still repeated along with a strep. Didn't present with strep. No weights, no physical exam with the exception of quick listen of my lungs from the back. Then the DO said you have a cold. Which I dont, symptoms aren't consistent with a cold. He asked which cough med i wanted and then prescribed tge other one and an inhaler. Total lack of care. Then as we were leaving all the staff was sitting around in the back. Which I have no issue with if you were actually treating your patients. Lazy with zero care or professionalism. Oh and yes, I too am in the field. So yes I know what to expect and no I dont go to the dr unless I really need care. This is why. Do better.

Scheduled apt online through MyChart. This location was great, the staff at the front desk were outstanding and spent the time to figure out my insurance, which is always a little bit tricky with TRICARE. The MA was great and the provider, NP Lisa was also fantastic. Great waiting room with spaced furniture. They were very expeditious and I made it there and to my first meeting at 8 AM on time with the care I needed to continue on the day. Will visit this location again next time.

Excellent care at this facility. Extremely clean. Polite, caring, helpful reception. Very little wait time although it was not busy when I visited. Medical staff very professional, caring, listened to my issues. Checked vitals and was aware of my past history. Discussed possible medications and was receptive to my med script issues. Overall, one of the best med office visits I've ever had. This is my family's go to Clinic going forward. CVS then screwed up one of the scripts. I revisited the Clinic the next day where receptionist Miss Aerial contacted CVS and straightened them out in no time !!! 5 Stars for Miss Aerial !!! Thank you very much !!

After being turned away at a childrens urgent care, being told they couldn't take her until after 5 & by appointment only, we took Brookelynn here. They were great. She got right in & the girls at the front desk were perfect. Brookelynn had never been here so it took some extra time. They started getting busy but they were still very calm & nice. I'd refer anyone to come here
