I had a terrible experience there. I was there because I had swelling in my extremities and numbness to the point of it being painful. I had been suffering for days trying to find out from other physicians what could b causing it and I couldn't get any answers. I had asked my dentist, oral surgeon and Pulmonologist. I had been suffering so bad the previous night and I was generally very concerned about what was happening to me so I decided to go to Urgent Care. I had had dental work done recently so when the nurse asked me y I was there I started to tell her my concerns and my recent medical history which included the dental work. I had also just seen the Pulmonologist for the first time and found out that my lungs were only functioning at 68%. She preceded to get very short with me and asked me y I was there. That's what I was trying to tell her. She made me feel very unwelcome. Even to the point that I told her I would b happy to leave if she didn't want me there. It was just the way she was talking to me. It was very short and blunt. Anyway...the Dr finally came in and I started to tell him what I was experiencing and my recent medical history and he also treated me as if he was wondering y I was there and what I wanted him to do about it. I kept telling him how much pain I was having with the numbness and I was also mentioning that my dental work was still greatly bothering me even though it had been a week and a half or so since I had it done. I just kept getting the feeling that he was wondering what I wanted him to do so I got upset and said that I guess I'd leave since there obviously must not b anything wrong with me. I expected him to maybe stop me and say let's try to figure out what's going on. I mean...I was scared about what my body was doing. However...he didn't say that. He said okay and told me to have a nice day. As I was getting my stuff together the thought came across my mind that maybe he thought I was drug seeking since I kept saying how much pain I was in. So...as I left I told him that wasn't what I was doing and proceeded to go home and get the one months worth of full methadone bottles I had and bring them up there to show him so he would know that's not what I was doing and that I was generally concerned about what was happening to me. After I did that I just walked out because I decided I didn't want his help anymore even if he was willing to give it to me. Which I'm sure he wasn't. So yeah...I had a terrible experience and I am very upset over it. I have since been suffering with the swelling, numbness and pain because I can't c my PCP until the 4th of March. I don't want to go to the ER because I'm afraid I'll get the same treatment. Maybe I wouldn't. Maybe it was just that Dr at your Urgent Care!

The provider was excellent. The MA was very sweet as was the front desk. The locale felt unsafe with homeless everywhere outside drinking and loitering. My only complaint was I came in and was the only patient. I told front desk I was only there because my plane had mechanical issues and had to stay over. She said it may be 30 minutes as the MA was at lunch. I agreed. 30 minutes later I saw the MA leave for lunch and she was gone 45 minutes. So I waited for about 1.5 hrs to be seen. Once back they were quick and efficient.

I’m not joking when I say that this place and the Doctor literally saved my daughter’s life. I took her to her pediatrician on the Thursday before, and she wasn’t getting better, we came to urgent care on Saturday morning and they sent us straight to Phoenix Children's ER. Where she stayed in the ICU for the next week. I cannot thank them enough for taking the time to listen to her symptoms and diagnose her properly. If you need help urgently, this is the place to go! You can tell this is not just a job to them, they enjoy their professional and are here to help.

I was able to book a spot online and was in and out very quickly. I had an X-ray and the nurses and radiologist were kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like a number. It was a great experience!

I had such a wonderful experience when I was in a horrible mood. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Brittany Callan. She was very attentive and informative. She was extremely smart and empathetic. She even followed up. What a Classy Lady. 👑
