I highly recommend the HonorHealth team, including PA Ryan, MA Sara, and front office staff Margaret. PA Ryan is an excellent, patient-centered communicator who was exceptionally thorough and ensured I understood my treatment plan. MA Sara was highly professional, providing a calm and reassuring intake experience. Margaret at the front desk was incredibly helpful and efficient with all scheduling and check-out processes. Their coordinated effort made the entire visit quick, pleasant, and highly effective.

They say they were open at 7am and we show up and it says “late opening.” That doesn’t help when my wife is in severe pain. Please show up to work on time next time. The front desk guy was nice but wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good experience. It always sucks to be sick and to have to sit around when you feel unwell, only to have the doctor barely go over anything with you and send you on your way, so it was a pleasant surprise that not only did I not have to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen, dr Steven really took the time to listen to my symptoms, really seemed interested in finding out what was wrong with me, and when he did, thoroughly explained what was going on and what the best course of action would be. I Really appreciated it.

I came in because my rolled my ankle in an accident and I wasn't sure if it was sprained or broken. I came in because I wanted an xray. The woman at the front desk insisted I make an appointment with them despite the fact that the person qualified to use the xray wasn't there that day. I had to pull that information so hard from her, she couldn't just be honest and they wanted to earn the fees from checking on me. Wouldn't trust this place with my life. Edit: Why reach out to you? It’s simple, you’re trying to make fees.

To make a long story short, they misdiagnosed a simple sinus infection causing it to turn into pneumonia, a double eye infection, and a severe sore throat that could have been prevented. I was seen by a PA named Kiran who dismissed my symptoms as a virus that they couldn’t treat. They also gave me steroids which could have made the infections worse had I taken them. I would advise anyone not to go here even for simple illnesses. It was good I went to another urgent care the next day as if I didn’t get treated with antibiotics for the bacterial infections, it could have resulted in an even worse condition. Be very careful about a misdiagnosis. Will be reporting them to appropriate authorities.
