HonorHealth Urgent Care - Tempe (Baseline Road)

I was at this location at 0915, had checked in for 0930 appointment. Had reserved a spot ahead of time. Waited less than 5 minutes. I had a known condition and just needed antibiotics. I was in and out very quickly. As you can see from the picture, it was pretty empty. I'm sure as the cold and flu season rolls along, it probably won't be so quick. The NP was efficient, which helped me get my antibiotics quicker. The staff was friendly and nice, but I also was already in their system as my Cardiologist is also an HonorHealth provider, so that saved a step in the registration process.

I recently had to take my daughter to urgent care while she was visiting us during her break. I just moved to Phoenix about a month ago, so I’m still new to the area. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Raquel, who was sweet and professional. The wait time was very reasonable, especially during a holiday weekend. When my daughter was called back by Antoyia, the MA, she was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and caring. You would never know they were working 12-hour shifts over a holiday—the atmosphere was calm, pleasant, and welcoming. When Naomi, the provider, evaluated my daughter, she was extremely thorough and professional. I have to say, as a nurse, I’ve never experienced such a pleasant urgent care visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to be seen. I give them a 10-star rating for patient care and attitude. Thank you, ladies, for all that you do—you are truly needed in the medical field.

I recently had a visit to this location because my entire four person household were all sick. We were treated so wonderful. The front desk receptionist made check in easy, the nurses were very caring, and the nurse practitioner that helped my family and I was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our health. I have been there more times than I can count over 10 years and have never gotten anything below amazing service. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for.

The nurse practitioner on duty did an outstanding job diagnosing my broken thumb and immediately reaching out to a hand surgeon who was able to get me in right away. I was able to have necessary surgery the following day. I really appreciate the urgent Care nurse practitioner taking extra steps to make sure that I got the best care.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the calmness of the office and lobby area. I was seen within a few minutes. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and efficient. My care giver was very kind and caring. Very prifessional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. Thank you.
