Hotel Adeline

Hotel Adeline has no business being in the Marriott Tribute Portfolio. It is just a gentrified 2 star motel that charges you a 4 star rate. Service: Zero customer service at check in. The gentleman could at least pretended to be friendly and of course he did offer the welcome bonus points that I was entitled to as a platinum Elite marriott member. Room: the walls were thin. Very little lighting in the room. Couldnt raise the blinds since people would just stare into our rooms. Tried to call the front desk from the in room phone and of-course it just dialed out. The TV only had cable and no option to connect to streaming ups. Even the Residence Inn TVs can connect to youtube and netflix. Shower handle was loose and would not hold temperature. We stayed two nights for reference and were also charged with a $270 cleaning fee with no explanation. Motel Adeline is just a slimy cash grab taking advantage of the Marriott brand. You are better off staying in one of the 3 star marriott properties nearby.

We had such a great stay! The staff were amazing across the board, but Melinda truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to share great local tips on where to eat and what to see. The food was excellent, the pool area was a vibe, the speakeasy was such a fun surprise, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can really tell this hotel cares about the guest experience. We’ll absolutely be back!

Cannot say enough good things about this spot. The front desk team was extremely friendly from check-in to when I asked to move rooms part-way into my stay because of some noisy neighbors. The pool is gorgeous. Has rentable day beds and cabanas and has a fun pool bar. The rooms are clean, have quality amenities and the beds are super comfy. I ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and really enjoyed my food and the service. What put them over the top is when I left behind an old blow dryer, in an attempt to make room in my suitcase for some purchases. They contacted me the day after check out and offered to ship it back to me. I will definitely be back.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the staff was nice. The pool and lounge areas were very nice! The only thing to note is there's no elevator, so you'll have to carry your bags up if you're on the second floor, and the hallways can get a bit uncomfortably dark at night.

I stayed at Hotel Adeline for one night before my bachelorette party and had the best time! The staff were super accommodating and answered all my questions. Melinda was at the front desk when I checked in and she was amazing! She answered all my questions and helped me with some room issues. I had a great time!
