If you enjoy cleanliness, city views, with excellent hospitality--- this is it! I experienced truly exceptional service from Madeline at the front desk. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care were unmatched throughout my stay. She went far beyond expectations. When I returned to my room, I was greeted by a beautifully written note and thoughtful gestures that were deeply meaningful and completely unexpected. It truly made my special day even more special. Madeline also facilitated an impeccably smooth and efficient check-in process. Her etiquette was flawless, and she took the time to ensure I was fully comfortable with my room, even after I returned with an additional request. Madeline is the embodiment of what hospitality should be. She represents the very best of the Hyatt brand—grace, excellence, and leadership at the highest level. This young woman clearly has a brilliant career ahead of her, and Hyatt is fortunate to have her. The young lady and gentleman with braids made the cafe experience warm and welcoming every day. This hotel is in a prime location, walkable to restaurants, and local shops.

It would be nice to be able to give a 9/10 rather than 4/5. The highlight of my stay was Chuy (the omelet chef). He was terrific and had such a great personality. 5 stars to him. By the way, the morning omelet station was excellent and had REAL bacon (not the rubbery hotel bacon you typically see). The overall service was excellent and location was really convenient for the conference center across the street. The room was nice. The cable channel selection was kind of lacking but adequate. The only real flaw in the room was the shower. The water temperature continually fluctuated between luke warm and scalding hot. It was nearly impossible to take a shower in peace. I didn't notify the front desk primarily because I didn't want to pack and move my stuff to another room. When I check out this morning, I'll let them know. But overall, 90+ rating. I'll definitely stay at Hyatt in the future based solely on the quality of service.

You won't be disappointed! We stayed for my daughter's competition and everything is within walking distance. A large selection of restaurants, a grocery store within a 5 minute walk, friendly staff that is super helpful. Room comes with a little mini fridge, a safe, desk and nice wood floors. 10/10 will stay here each time we come to Phoenix.

The rooms + the service from the women at the front desks were lovely! However, one of the bellmen, Jim, was extremely rude and made me and the other women on our trip VERY uncomfortable. At one point, one of us asked him “Are you okay?” Is something wrong?” because we were just so shocked at how rudely he was treating us from the moment he arrived at our door to “help” (we ended up packing all our luggage on the cart ourselves instead). I could go on with the list of ways he was unprofessional during our interaction. Luckily, we only had to interact with Jim at the end of our trip. Everyone else we came across was very kind and helpful - it would’ve otherwise been a 5 star trip!

I stayed here recently and the experience was really disappointing. The shower never got hot and stayed cold the entire time, and the sink was completely clogged. I reported both issues to the front desk, but nothing was done and no one followed up. The room itself didn’t feel very clean either, which was surprising for a property advertised as 4 stars. For the price they charge, I expected a much better standard. Definitely not worth it.
