Busy Friday night, Sam was our server and did an amazing job. We had a group of 9. Everyone loved their pizzas! We didn’t feel like we waited for anything, pizza came out faster than expected and drinks never ran dry before refills or round 2. It’s my wife’s favorite pizza place in town. We had the Joanna, and the Gabriella. We have had the Valentina before and all of them are incredible.

Let me preface that Il Bosco fluctuates within my top 3 neapolitan style pizza in the entire state - it's usually that good. The pie combinations are excellent, quality ingredients, and extremely fair prices. Not sure what happened today but my wife and I placed a to-go order for (2) pies - the Za and Divina and of course per usual, we order it "Well Done". We were quoted that it'd take ~30 minutes give or take which is normal - I expect it to take long. However, it was ready for pick-up in 9 minutes! I thought to myself "Wow! That's a record - lucky us". Picked up the pizza a minute or two after we received the notification. Pizza looked great as usual.. but when I took a bite - I quickly found out it was not "well done" - nor was it fully cooked inside. The pizza dough as slightly underdone because I could taste the soft dough - it didn't have the air pockets and crisp that it usually has but had a doughy texture instead. My wife and I still absolutely loved the flavor of the pies but were disappointed that the pizza was undercooked despite us specifying it to be "well done" which I guess wasn't surprising when I remembered that it only took 9 minutes for the pizza to be ready! Nonetheless, we'll be back at il Bosco at some point.. we were just sad that we didn't fully enjoy our pizzas that night at one of our favorite spots.

Tonight was our first visit to Il Borno. We shared a caesar salad to start. I had the Patrizia and my husband had the Joana. The crust was perfectly crisp on the bottom and soft and chewy in the middle. It had a perfect wood fired char all the way around. The red sauce was spot on. The spicy sausage on my husband's pizza was delicious. And the mushrooms on my pizza were perfectly cooked and had a ton of flavor. This won't be our last visit!

Really solid pizza and salad. I’m from NJ originally but as far as Arizona goes, this was really solid and I will go back. I had the Valentina pizza with pepperoni and honey glaze. I did do take out so can’t rate the restaurant itself.

Chantel was awsome and very informative. She helped us choose a variety and favorites and also the catering size salad for our party of 10! Everything was hot & fresh! In 20mins we had 5 pies and a huge salad!! Kudos
