Inca's Peruvian Cuisine

Traveled from TX to AZ today on vacation. First stop was Inca’s. Was so impressed by the online menu that we waited outside for almost an hour and a half until they opened. Let me tell you-it was so worth the wait. The ceviche was amazing, like heaven! The Lomo Saltado was perfectly cooked and the Pisco Sour was a delicate drink with amazing taste. To top it off, Douglas was the epitome of professionalism and was a pleasure to engage with. Honestly, this place impressed me so much that I would have no problem hopping on a plane from Dallas to Tucson just to have dinner. Keep up the amazing work, Inca’s. Will definitely be back!

What a spectacular dinner at Incas! I ordered the ceviche, and thinking it would a small portion, also ordered a yummy soup. Well, my surprise—the ceviche was a wonderful portion, and completely delicious. Everyone loved their meals! And shout out to Fatima for her kindness and generosity—when I forgot my credit card in the restaurant and headed out of town, she made sure to mail it to me so I didn’t have to cancel the card! Definitely recommend heading to Incas for a wonderful meal!

I thought I found a peruvian cuisine in Tucson. Unfortunately I cant give this place a five star, Quality of food is okay, and the taste is also okay. I cant even compare it to the ones in New York. I do think their menu is overprice for the small portion, it doesn't really satisfy my hunger. I gave 3 star for the friendly staff.

We visited this little gem of a restaurant to experience Peruvian cuisine, and we were thoroughly impressed by the incredible food. We kicked off our meal with their Ceviche, which, drenched in fresh-squeezed lime juice, was absolutely phenomenal. We also ordered two of their signature seafood dishes, and both were nothing short of exquisite. The staff was not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch.
