Johnny came by to check on our dual furnace heating system (we just bought this 4 year old house and only the AC units had ever been checked as far as we could tell). He was prompt, thorough and full of great information. Integrity had installed a mini-split in our garage several weeks ago and we were quite impressed with the service, so we called on this system check. Glad we did. As long as they are in business, they have ours!

We’ve had a few AC emergencies in the past 6 months and Integrity has always been able to schedule us super quick (pretty sure it’s been same day every time) and get down to the bottom of the issue right away. Stephen has been great to work with. He’s honest and I never feel like he’s upselling me. Pricing is fair and service is top tier.

Integrity is the key word for this company. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my heat pump, but I got a second opinion from Integrity and they saved me between $8000 to $10000 by servicing my unit and finding no reason for replacement. Thanks Integrity Air.

We were told by another company that we needed a new AC unit for quite a large amount of money. Integrity came in and corrected an issue in 15 minutes. So honest! AC is now running beautifully! Total cost was $99, not thousands. Just excellent!!!!!
