Went in for front end alightment and was told they couldn't do it because front struts were leaking and rear shocks were leaking as well and front tires are cupping? They were trying to rip me off!! Went to reputable place at Valencia and l 10 they did the alignment with no trying to rip off. They said the struts on my truck had nothing to do with the alignment and no mention of cupping tires or shocks. I wouldn't even have JACK FURRIER PATCH A TIRE ! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

go somewhere that actually cares and prints out an itemized receipt BEFORE you pay. family told me to not come here and i wish I would’ve listened :’) now we have no AC to properly function after waiting two weeks and paying $700+ to fix an issue that didn’t even have to do with the AC!! how was it working properly before, and then suddenly two weeks later when we get it back it doesn’t work? granted the screen was already messed up before, however there was absolutely NO issue with the AC not blowing properly AT ALL. Now there is, and now it’s another problem to deal with. no liability taken, no alternative routes given other than “take it to the dealership” because apparently they need the screen to diagnose the problem. Doesn’t make ANY sense. It blows through the defrosters even though NONE of the buttons are on. No explanation given whatsoever. No guidance and NO LEADERSHIP. EXTREMELY disappointed. Seems like the manager will choose to defend the shop regardless of any possibility that it could’ve been THEIR FAULT. Accidents happen. I get that. However the care, or lack thereof, was not proven. WE are the ones that have to deal with all of these problems afterwards, not them, so it makes sense for them not to care. Not to mention they still haven’t returned any of the calls from our insurance. If you can’t handle running a busy shop, DONT OWN ONE.

I needed new tires and a tire sensor before going on a trip out of town. These guys we great! In about 4 hours I was good to go and I paid about $200 LESS than I was planning on spending elsewhere. Definitely will come back and recommend.

So it's hard to find an automotive service center/tire center you can trust. This is the one you can. It was not cheap, but not expensive. I am willing to pay a fair price for honest work. These people (John, Charlie and Javier) in particular, are the best!
