Jack Furrier Tire Tucson Grant

I’ve been a long-time customer, and unfortunately the quality of service has gone downhill recently. This visit was very disappointing. I was quoted 6 hours of labor, but my car ended up staying at the shop for over a week. Every single day I was told “it will be ready tomorrow,” yet tomorrow never came. The delay was never clearly explained, and communication felt repetitive rather than honest. What made things worse is that when I finally picked up the car, I was told a road test was performed and everything checked out fine. However, within 10 minutes of driving, a new abnormal noise appeared that was not present before the repair. As a loyal customer, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Delays can happen, but repeated false timelines and returning a car with a new issue is not acceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both quality control and communication.

Javier gave us 5 star customer service. His extra efforts were much appreciated as we are on a multi state van trip and needed to replace a tire so we could keep rolling.

This is the best Jack Furrier location I have been to. They are fair and communicative, and go way above and beyond for the customers. I came in for an oil change with no appointment and they got it done in a very timely manner. Definitely will be coming back for future services!

Every Jack Furrier I have been to has been quick, efficient, and helpful, but my experience at the Grant and Oracle location went above and beyond! My car died just 48 hours after taking it to a separate car dealership's service department, so I knew I had to take my car somewhere I trusted: Jack Furrier. The person I spoke with, Jack, took time to answer my questions, communicated frequently about the status of my car and was empathetic. I usually leave my dealership's service department feeling stressed and like I had been condescended to, but with Jack Furrier, I feel confident in my car and happy that I have been treated respectfully! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the time Jack took to answer my questions and provide a positive customer service experience.
