Jiffy Lube - Scottsdale

Came into Jiffy Lube, cause I was having some issues with my oil leaking and my power steering fluid leaking as well…The team there checked my oil, checked my power steering fluid to indicate that both were extremely low actually refilled them for me for free! I asked if I could pay them something out of courtesy and they refused the offer. Says a lot about the character integrity of this team! Thanks guys!

The guys at Jiffy Lube were awesome! Super quick and super helpful. While checking my tires, they found a nail in one of them and let me know right away. They didn’t end up rotating the tires because I’ll need a new one, and they didn’t even charge me for it. Really appreciated the honesty and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came in earlier today to get my oil changed and the whole staff was amazing! They got my car in and out very fast and the manager MJ was the best absolutely loved my experience !

Had a crisis... I got a phone call while I was on the way to my oil change appointment to be made aware it was cancelled by another shop and I had to have it done today, I was out of time, which left me scrambling. Fun fact, it's kinda hard to get a same day oil change. I called around and reached the Jiffy Lube on McDowell. I asked if any openings available and was told to come right on in. I got there and was given a warm welcome by the Manager Marquel as I was in crisis mode, eased my concerns and was really respectful of my time. I was educated on the process, my car was serviced and I was on my way. I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided and will definitely be back. Amazing customer service!
