I was searching for auto places in Tucson and somehow came across a public Facebook profile under the name Rebecca Carroll. The hateful and disrespectful political posts there completely turned me off from ever considering this dealership. A business should stand for professionalism, integrity, and basic decency and this behavior shows none of that. When someone tied to a dealership publicly displays that kind of nastiness, it reflects poorly on the whole business. If this is how they carry themselves online, I can’t imagine how they’d treat their customers.

Went in for my oil change appt. at 9am, I got their at 8:40 am too see if they could have it done a little earlier. My car barely went inside for the oil change. 3 hours is way too long. Not ever coming to this dealership.

Terrible experience, particularly with MIKE in the service department. Currently in the middle of a major engine repair that has been a huge headache since the start. Nothing ever went as planned, nothing was on schedule and communication, you can forget about it. My first review was deleted #1. Never had 1 text message or voicemail returned. Tried to speak to Mike repeatedly about coming to a resolve, asked him nicely to leave messages, to keep us informed and to simply understand a family of 6 being without their only 3 row vehicle. Was told No rental vehicles were given or available. Not one provided. Currently past the date my car was supposed to be done and charged more than I expected too. Lucky me! Run away from this place unless you like headaches and blown smoke! Save yourself the headache.

Caught Eric, the service manager, in a lie TWICE. The nitrogen tire inflation they push is a scam. The first time I came in for a recall repair, they knew exactly what the issue was and told me they would order the part and have it for my appointment. The day of my appointment I dropped off my car and 5 hours later they told me they couldn't fix it because they needed additional parts and would call me when they got those in. I never got a phone call. This was for a recall that listed my new car I just purchased from them as "UNSAFE TO OPERATE", yet this clearly was not a priority for them. I had to call again, and again Eric told me to come in for the repair. So I called the parts department to confirm they had everything they needed to do their job this time and was surprised to hear that they had the part this whole time, and it was indeed just the one part being replaced. Eric lied to prolong a critical repair job. Who knows if it was even replaced this time. At the next appointment I asked for a tire I had replaced to be filled with nitrogen like my 3 other tires. When I picked up my car that service wasn't on the invoice so I asked the receptionist to confirm they had done the tires. They said yes, they had inflated the tire. Yet when I checked, all 4 tires had the same PSI varying between 30-35 that I had left it. If they inflated my tires, why would they choose to put every tire at a different PSI with the same levels it had when I left it? Because they didn't actually inflate my tires at all. They forgot, or never intended to do it, and lied about it. I even overheard a sales person pushing the nitrogen on another customer, saying how important it is. Such a scam. When I confronted them about it they only topped off the levels so now my new tire is just a tiny mix of the nitrogen instead of being properly inflated. I am very disappointed because I thought this was a top notch place to service the new car I bought from them this year. Just another scummy mechanic.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! The service department is terrible. The sales personnel promise what the Service Department won't deliver. I bought the Platinum service package with our new KIA optima. I was told/promised the package was worth every penny and the service I would receive would be great. Buying the Platinum service doesn't mean anything to the service department. Every time I try or receive service the Jim Click Service Department they treat me terrible acting like they hate doing their jobs. If this is the special treatment you get with the Platinum package save your money. I brought this to the attention of the general manager Mike Duran. He didn't even know what was covered under the packages he sells. I could NOT be more disappointed with Jim Click Kia. The problems start at the top with Mike Duran and get worse as you move down the ladder. It's now easy to see why the employees don't care.
