He has a team in place that is unmatched and will always respond to you 24/7, even on weekends when necessary. I was pleasantly surprised he referred me to Zilla home loans, Azad Marfazelian, and she was incredible with the lowest rates and fees because she is paid salary and is not worried about throwing a massive origination fee on your loan. I was not even charged for processing, which is unheard of anywhere!!! Lastly, Micah was able to obtain 3% closing cost from the seller, 3% towards the repair of the AC unit ($3,750 credit) and a free home warranty that is valued at $510. We had a quick close of 30 days and everything was done start to finish! I am a top 10% Master Google reviewer on the West Coast and I write very honest reviews.
