Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting and ended up spending most of my time on the property. We used one of the meeting rooms—“Fresco,” if I remember correctly—which worked very well for our needs. Overall, the hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The shower had fantastic water pressure and stayed consistently hot, which I really appreciated. The location is also convenient, with grocery stores and a CVS nearby. One of the highlights for me was the fitness center. It’s actually a true commercial gym that the hotel partners with, rather than a typical in-house hotel gym. As someone who enjoys working out, this made a big difference. I didn’t have to limit my routine the way I usually do when traveling. Since this was a business trip, my company covered the cost. However, it did seem a bit pricey. That said, the overall experience was very positive.

We had a great experience at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar. We arrived at about 5pm and were promply greeted by the hotel staff who directed us to the complimentary happy hour hosted by Alfonso who was engaging and made settling into the hotel feel easy. The environment was energetic yet mature during the day with the Blue Hound restaurant keeping a subtle social hum active with a few patrons present at all times. Our package included vouchers for breakfast at the Blue Hound each day and we were always pleased with the quality of food and service. The room was clean and well presented. Furniture proved very functional and asthetically pleasing without being over the top. In the evenings our room was extremely quiet and restful making sleep easy, especially with the comfortable mattress and dressings. Above all, the responsiveness to our service requests and top shelf housekeeping made this a hotel to be remembered, and kept on the short list of places we will return to. Beyond the hotel itself, the location was ideal for people who like walkability. Were were able to reasonably walk to fine restaurants Wren & Wolf and Latha as well as several museums. I highly recommend the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix.

I had a great stay at Hotel Palomar Phoenix. Dylan at the front desk really stood out with his hospitality. He greeted me warmly during check-in and made the whole process very easy. He also took the time to clearly explain the perks I received from booking through Amex Platinum, which I really appreciated. Throughout my stay, Dylan made sure everything was comfortable, and I was even upgraded mid-stay to a suite, which was an amazing surprise. The overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also great. Highly recommend this hotel, and special thanks to Dylan for making the stay even better

From the moment you arrive, this hotel delivers a truly luxurious, yet down to earth, experience. The people here are exceptionally warm, friendly, and always willing to help or accommodate any request, making you feel genuinely welcomed throughout your stay. The lobby and restaurant have a beautiful ambiance that feels both modern and inviting. The food is outstanding at Blue Hound, thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and even better than the last time we were here (thanks Chef Gilbert!). Every detail reflects comfort, care, and quality. An excellent choice for anyone seeking an enjoyable stay, filled with comfort, and awesome service in the Phoenix area.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are good sized and extremely nice. Bed was super comfortable, loved the pillows. Great rooftop bar and restaurants. So many wonderful places within walking distance as well. Was there for a work event and really enjoyed the location.
